You are free to choose the gambling website, and if you lose much money, then it's the sign for you to stop the games for a while and you should take a rest and don't playing gambling.
I think many people have the same experience as you, they are losing much money too but they still playing.
But I don't know if sportsbet.io ad bitcasino.io was a scam website. Maybe you can visit their ANN and talk to them about your problem.

Hello everybody I'm happy to be here. I signed up for a reason and although I wanted to protect my Bitcoin friends from fraudsters since I have been playing with Bitcoin for years in casinos, I have the certain experience. A very good Bitcoin casino which is only recommendable Fortune Jack. What I can not recommend to you is Sportsbet.io and Bitcasino.io these are both scammer casinos that just rip you off with certain programs that just let you win in the beginning. Overall I've lost more than 30 BTC at Sportsbet.io and Bitcasino.io and perhaps won 1 BTC with sports betting. The casino is shelling the support too. The casino has no license and many of my friends had the same problems. I even think about taking legal action against this casino but I want to hear your opinion for now maybe we can file a class action ... I will still provide screenshots of evidence and would advise against playing there. Who can recommend a good casino?

Hi SwissGambler,

Sorry to hear that you have had bad experience with us. We're always aiming to put the customer in the centre of the universe and unfortunately right now it looks like we've failed to do so with you and I'm here to see if we can still fix that. Smiley

I have no more information regarding your case what you've posted here so if you want to discuss about it in private, feel free to send me message. Smiley

Cheers,
Karl
Bitcasino.io
Gladly, the support system came on your thread, and I hope you can solve your problem. Make this as your lesson and don't make the same mistake in the future.
The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

I guess "scam" is not really what this is about, scamming only happens when the casino literally takes your money and doesn't pay you the money they owe you. This is more like a person losing a certain amount and blaming the casinos for that, how could a casino scam you when they have provably fair games and house edges that will literally make sure casino never loses money anyway? What would be the reason for a casino to steal your money when you will literally just play there and lose your money there anyway?

If you come to my house and offer me your money, I will take it, I will not just say "no" than steal it from you. This is typically gambler who lost money on a house edge game where he was suppose to lose anyway and then claim he was scammed.

Please do provide some proof, because you still haven't attached any.

Let me make this clear, though. Sportsbet.io is by no means a safe company to deal with given their track record and reputation, and the fact that there are many, many previous incidents where they have proven to be extremely shady, especially with holding customer funds multiple times. That's the reason in the first place why they've got a tainted reputation on the forum.

But an accusation cannot be unbased, and solely based on anecdotal evidence. It's like someone saying that a casino is a scam solely because they've lost money at it.

Hi Swiss Gambler,

I've just stumbled across this so apologies for being late to the party.

Please inbox me, or list out here any problems you have on the sports side of things with your account and our practices and I can try to iron out any issues.

regards,

Steve,

I think there is some truth to the claims of the OP, specifically about Bitcasino.io

I ut 0.03 BTC into their casino after I had a 0.03 BTC deposit "disappeared" from my account under the guise that I had "bet the entire 0.03 on one busted hand shortly after it was credited to my account". I then put a 0.03 BTC "chaser" into Bitcasino.io, and after playing for a good 24 hours it became clear to me that there are several red flags in their system. One is that they don't provide you with a clear conversion calculator for the micro amount of Bitcoin, so that you know how much actual Bitcoin you are betting. Surely the argument could be made that it is the user's responsibility to know that, but if one is confused they could easily end up doing what I did and bet a significant amount of their deposit out of confusion. There are several additional elements of the site which are (to anyone with common sense) clearly designed to "guide" the player towards performing actions that are in the house's favor, and against the interest of the player. A few of these include, "tricky" betting denominations which are strategically placed on "unsuspecting pages" (the denominations are trickily switched) which confuse the player into betting in higher denominations than they likely want to (speaking for myself only - as this happened to me). Also, there are two buttons in blackjac which allow you to redo the same bet amount as your previous hand (the lower button), or DOUBLE your previous bet (the upper button). What they do is if you "push" a hand the "double" button SKIPS to the next higher level. In other words, they switch it UP even though you didn't win the previous hand, and the player ends up clicking the button THINKING that it is the same amount as it was in the previous hand, but the house has manipulated the amount of the button in a way which is difficult to detect if the player isn't paying close attention.

It eventually became clear to me that the algorithm being used by the house had evidence of such manipulation (in my opinion) that I literally stopped playing my remaining few thousand credits, based on the "ooportunity cost" of me sitting there playing a game which has indications of being significantly "rigged" (and not the "normal" level of "house advantage" type rigged).

I believe the OP is onto something in their claim here. I chased the 0.03 BTC which was blatantly misappropriated from me on BitcoinVideoCaino (be sure to check out all of the scathing reviews of that wannabee casino by doing a simple Google search for "BitcoinVideoCasino scam") with 0.03 BTC on Bitcasino.io, and it eventually became pretty clear to me that BOTH of these online casino sites are using fine-tuned manipulative pratices with their user interfaces which anyone with common sense can clearly see. I also believe that these "companies" have operatives monitoring these boards, whose main function is to "gatekeep" with manipulative information and misinformation which is intended to mitigate complaints against these operators. This makes perfect sense, no course, if you are the operators of these sites - that you would have people monitoring as many potential "problematic public information venues" as possible to deflect heat off of your questionable operations. This is not rocket science.

The good news for me personally is that I only sent these sites a combined total of 0.06, and I consider the experience a relatively small price to pay to be armed with experience-based information so that I don't fall for these "traps" into the future. I have seen a significant number of posts throughout the internet citing similar issues with these types of sites, and the posters of some of those comments lost a lot more than I did.

Live and learn, as the saying goes. But it IS helpful to file these formal complaints in a public venue so that this information can be available to people into the future, so that they can make an informed decision as to whether to send their funds to these companies. For BitcoinVideoCasino and Bitcasino.io I would personally advise AGAINST that, based on my experience using these sites.

Thanks to the OP for sharing this.
