So,I have a very interesting problem. I've ordered two used S9 antminers, set it up at home, ran both of them for 30-35 mintues(after each other,not at the same time) and after it i went to my mining storage, plugged in the two new miners, and after 5-10 minutes either of them is mining. BUT if i restart only 1-doesnt matter which one- it will mine without a hitch until i restart the other one as well and it starts mining. Then both them goes to "0ghs".
