I think that everything that impacts an outcome by doing some kind of cheating as buying votes I consider it to be some kind of cheating I would consider illegal. This is my opinion on the case and I think most people will agree with me on this matter.Always play fair and you will see that things will improve eventually in anything you do in life and not just some reddit upvotes.
not my main dilemma here what is legal and what is not. I was hoping I would get a comment from Vod and The Pharmacist they tagged someone because of sell/buy upvote, and I find few people seem to have serious business based by reselling Reddit "stuff".
Negative feedback's isn't base on "legal" or "illegal" really. Bitcointalk account sell is legal by forum but its untrustworthy behaviour by most of users and DT members. That's why only few DT members tagging them. Reddit matter is same thing, selling upvote is untrustworthy behaviour in my opinion, and also I think it's not legal by reddit(not sure since I am not using). So selling fake upvote is deserve red tag (IMO). But its depend on DT member who are tagging them. All DT members opinions couldn't be same.
And your question is why second user not yet tagged, my question is, had you asked vod or The Pharmacist for tag that user ? If not then how they will know about this users ? It's their duty to find out who are selling reddit account or upvote ? I don't think so.
Promoting FB & Twitter and selling fake upvote isn't equal. You can promote anything on your social media if you do not violate their terms & conditions. For example you can make post with any coin on this forum except scam but you are not allow to sell merit.
I think you got my point.
I got your point
I know that they were not his duty to fins upvote resellers, also there is no clear forum rules about legality like reselling btctalk accounts.
I do not want someone else to tag, as I said, still do not see the difference between paid upvote or paid posts on any other social media. it is doing everywhere and nothing we can do to prevent this.
