I find this guy poutintsev receive two negative trusts from Vod and The Pharmacist because trying to buy Reddit upvote (scam Reddit system)
But this user mihohil offering Reddit votes, accounts, subscribers etc ... in his thread Buy Reddit upvotes - The cheapest prices - Reddit-marketing.pro and that there is no negative feedback.

So, what is the difference between these two users? I am not talking about other poutintsev negative ratings, it is the second story. Why is scamming Reddit system in his case, but not in the case of mihohil who's resell all of these things?
if it is cheating Reddit system, what is then many paid Twitter, Facebook campaigns? There are bounty hunters paid for the retweet, share the post, likes, follows etc...

This is illegal, even though Reddit isn't that strict to their system this is proven as being unfair to others. And even on other social media sites that is also to be considered illegal.

And talking about tags, it depends on the people's thinking. But if I'll be asked, they're not worthy of being tagged for Bitcointalk is not really affiliated and connected with the other social media sites.

I would say that each community decides what is right and wrong for them.

Like here, we almost all know that buying/selling bitcointalk account is something we do not tolarate so we red tag people but I am not sure how the reddit community see it in their community. Do they see the same way when someone wants to buy/sell reddit account? If they don't then why would we create a law for them in here?

Also I do not see anything wrong with those facebook, twitter likes buy/sell. It's the skills, tachniques people are selling. Everything has a marketplace as long as it has value for others. If the service providers are making smile in their customers face then all are fine, unless something is not abide by the real law like identity theft (buying/selling illigal documents).

Negative feedback's isn't base on "legal" or "illegal" really. Bitcointalk account sell is legal by forum but its untrustworthy behaviour by most of users and DT members. That's why only few DT members tagging them. Reddit matter is same thing, selling upvote is untrustworthy behaviour in my opinion, and also I think it's not legal by reddit(not sure since I am not using). So selling fake upvote is deserve red tag (IMO). But its depend on DT member who are tagging them. All DT members opinions couldn't be same.

And your question is why second user not yet tagged, my question is, had you asked vod or The Pharmacist for tag that user ? If not then how they will know about this users ? It's their duty to find out who are selling reddit account or  upvote ? I don't think so.

Promoting FB & Twitter and selling fake upvote isn't equal. You can promote anything on your social media if you do not violate their terms & conditions. For example you can make post with any coin on this forum except scam but you are not allow to sell merit.

I think you got my point.

This type of black hat SEO services are absolutely on multiple websites and I suspect a decent number of people are ultimately behind this.

I don’t think tagging this type of people are going to stop anything. If anything it will give a false sense of security that this doesn’t happen. I would prefer to be able to point to one of those sellers when explaining to someone that it might not be wise to believe something just because it has a lot of upvotes on Reddit.

Perhaps the reason not to ban them is that Vod and The Pharmacist did not see that publication, trust is an individual behavior so you will not find the same thing among all users.

With regard to legal or illegal? If Reddit rules permit this, it is legal else it is illegal and therefore mods will take some action after prove it is illegal.
In general, the topic has been there since 2018 and therefore is legal.

I think we shouldn't really care about stuff like Likes, Upvotes, followers not only for Reddit but for other common social media platforms as well. The social media sites are well aware of bots abusing the system and they don't really have any strict measures to control it. Like why should we be so much concerned when the website developers aren't? This is also because no matter how strict the rules are, people will always find a way to cheat the system.

I think that everything that impacts an outcome by doing some kind of cheating as buying votes I consider it to be some kind of cheating I would consider illegal. This is my opinion on the case and I think most people will agree with me on this matter.Always play fair and you will see that things will improve eventually in anything you do in life and not just some reddit upvotes.

not my main dilemma here what is legal and what is not. I was hoping I would get a comment from Vod and The Pharmacist they tagged someone because of sell/buy upvote, and I find few people seem to have serious business based by reselling Reddit "stuff".

I got your point
I know that they were not his duty to fins upvote resellers, also there is no clear forum rules about legality like reselling btctalk accounts.
I do not want someone else to tag, as I said, still do not see the difference between paid upvote or paid posts on any other social media. it is doing everywhere and nothing we can do to prevent this.
