Mining on your Android or the IOS mobile will be very slow and you will also get some fraction of Bitcoin but by doing this you will the sole responsible of you mobile to be damage. The mobile will go very hit at the time of mining application running and this will also hamper to your battery life of duration.

No chance to mine bitcoin with your phone, but you could try an altcoin such as NKN.
