You seem to be a great candidate for this challenge. It's up to wwzysocki if he wants to nominate you. If not anyone else can nominate you since we have 2 empty slots. Just find someone who will nominate you or wait for @wwzysocki move

I am challenging @Tbct_mt2 to be a Senior member.

How about me, can I join the challenge?  Grin

Just started to look for some charity because I am sure that @Tbct_mt2 will win and I see that @Cryptovigi found a great thread with donation program on Bitcointalk.

Will be great to fulfill this requirement there.

I quote and accept the challenge, and I will start fighting to win it later today, with my coming topic.
I just rethink, and organize main points because start to compose it.

@Tytanowy Janusz: since you've introduced a rule that allows anyone to give a challenge (not just the winner / loser of the previous challenge) I think it's worth to modify the table of challenges for a column with the name of the challenge giver.

Leaving the table in its current state makes it unclear (reading the OP) who has donated or failed to donate for charity

A few words to introduce myself and officially start the challenge.
I joined the forum in August of 2017, with some basics about MNTC project, that has turned to nearly a dead one now. In fact, during my early months in the forum, I joined without any real purpose, I even don't know the importance of Bitcointalk in crypto. Fortunately, I stood at the Full Member rank when merit system began  Grin. Then, I nearly failed to earn single merit around one or two months after the beginning of merit system. The first shocking thing come to me when The Pharmacist left his tag on my account due to my bad English "This user is a garbage shitposter who writes redundant posts in shitty English."
Being motivated by the feedback from The Pharmacist, I started to collect English books, first for my own interst to improve my English skills, especially the writing skill. After that, I decided to publish my collection there:
Collections for someone who would like to improve English skills
I moved very slowly, and more than one year after January of 2018, today I have 238 merits in total, just 12 merits left to reach the next rank for Senior Members.
I accepted to join the challenge, just for fun, but the main reasons is I would like to show that everyone can surpass challenges from merit system and rank requirements related to merit system. If someone does not give up, keep learning, improving, and contributing, someday that person will definitely can reach next rank. Importantly, merit system started to help real users to rank up to higher ranks, not to keep them stucked at low ranks.
There is the list of my topics:
Tips for newbies, who want to avoid over-quoting
Guideline on posting images (with size adjustments), hyperlinks
Collection of comprehensive guides on identify and avoid scam projects
Tools for managers to check quality of posts (both merited & unmerited posts)
[TIPS] to avoid plagiarism
[Suggestion] Rules on Animated Images should be changed
[Suggestion] Should the forum have new rule on campaign
[6]: Reduces potential improvements on crypto knowledge: I meant by brainless spamming the forum, spammers will have less (or without) exposures to comprehensive boards, child boards, topics, posts, that in turn will result in decreasing chances to be exposed with knowledgeable things in the forum. Then, maybe spammers will spend years to spam in the forum without any improvements on their knowledge about crypto things.

I also run my own merit contest
1 merit per applicant who find qualifying posts or topics on Scam Related Issues

By the way, for next challenge-makers and challenge-takers, I suggest the OP to edit current rules with one new rule:
- Challenge-makers can only nominate candidates whom earned at least 80% of required merits for next rank.
This rule mostly makes sure that challenge-takers nearly start the challenge at the same line.

Agree. It has to be changed. I was thinking about that many times and always had something more important to do. But now, when you showed me that this is annoying not only for me, forced me to fix it as fast as possible Smiley

I don't think it is important. This topic purpose is to improve post quality, having fun and the most important help others by donating to charity. Challenge equality only limits fun, number of challenges and amount of donations to charity. Noting else. As you can see you have only 12 merits to earn. Wwzysocki had 27. Is it bad? Should we limit that to more than 20 merits? Of course not. I don't think it's something bad to challenge someone even with 100 merits left. If he will manage to do this in one week we will definitely have a damn good quality poster (marit hunter) who will deserve to be at the top of best challenges list (if i'll create anything like that in future). I also don't see anything bad in nominating someone with 1 merit left. Quick 5 min challenge and another donation to charity Smiley
As you can see we are currently suffering from lack of challenges (2 empty slots). If we will suffer due to lack of empty spots i will think again about your proposal.

I agree with @TytanowyJanusz we don't need other limitations because there are still open slots and is not so easy to challenge somebody.

Personally, I tried to find a member to challenge and after a few days almost give up and only because @tbct_mt2 volunteer, I was able to challenge him.

The main reason is charity so we need as many challenges as possible and each limitation is bad.

I have a suggestion to use this charity: Bitcointalk Charity Program - Give Hope to Everyone $ 1 Is A Big Thing For Them
found by @Cryptovigi because is from Bitcointalk and supports our members.

Of course, one would have a free choice but suggested should be our charity, I assume.

Looks like challenge is over. 1 day and 7 h is enough to gain 13 merits. Great work.
Congratulation tbct_mt2

So far the quickest challenge Smiley
You can now nominate next person to the challenge (of course if you want to Smiley )

Remember that you can also nominate someone to gain fixed amount of merits (that way you can nominate even someone far from ranking up)

Update 2.0 :
From now on you can challenge other member to gain fixed amount of merits (f.e. 20). But if there will be more thrown challenges than empty spots priority goes to rank up challenges.

Ok, I appreciated your chance to accept me as your challenge-taker, the second one.  The update of the challenge's rule looks good. I might spend someday to find someone as a candidate of third challenge-taker.

Great to hear that. OP updated. Together we've donated around 68$. I'm slowly getting proud of this topic. Hope to see more and more challenges and finally have all 3 spots full all the time.

@ tbct_mt2 did you find someone interesting to become challange-taker? Of course, you can give up with nominating next person but it would be great if you will do so.

I have not found anyone so far. Maybe, the challenge has to wait for self-nominee like me weeks ago.  Cheesy

Ah, I checked this regularly last two weeks, iasenko, but candidates who have enough activities, but have been lack of merits for their next ranks have very low speed of merit earnings. That is why I have not find anyone, by now. Maybe, someone will self-nominate here, like me weeks ago. If not, the challenge will be sticker a while. It is the same as my merit contest. After first three round (three weeks), there have been no applicant for the fourth week, by now.
