target price 500 satoshi in 5 months. about where fastcoin is, maxkeiser messed with cryptos and got burnt, sorry that along with him went a large community of people. at least his reputation of a joker is finally under everybody's scrutiny. yet, there's something more he can do to crap onto himself even more: launch the stacycoin.

I'll admit I got MaxCoin wrong. The lack of Max Keiser saying anything about it for awhile seems pretty clear to me.  Embarrassed

I don't often swear on public forums, because I feel it's unbecoming, but Max Keiser is a fucking joke.

Where does the coin go from here?  Coins don't just "go away".  Can the price bottom out and make some kind of a comeback?

Yes.
A comeback is always possible.
(For example)
If the price gets low enough someone could buy a bunch and try to re-brand it in an effort to rise above an ugly past.
(or)
TV gives Max a huge advantage. He could suddenly apologize and show how much he really cares.....lol?
The market would go nuts.  Cheesy

....Twitter is the best way to contact the development team....
Thanks,
The MaxCoin Developers

LOL. Seriously? The best way to communicate with you is through the maximum communication-complexity of 140 characters using Twitter?

Welcome to the 21st century people; we are now officially solving the world's most complex problems through the limit of 140 characters.

The coin is named after him and he was the one to talk it up.  It's hard to believe he would just give it up.

Well he should communicate more, obviously.

Time to move on and SHACoin is promising: proof-of-stake with initial distribution with SHA256 PoW, it started a few hours ago

Is it possible that Maxcoin can just be done away with completely, or is the worse that can happen is it will be worth like .0000000001 in U.S. Dollars?

Is this coin profitable for anyone except the miners? Difficulty at 32000 but still getting dumped on cryptsy. This was my absolute worst investment, I'm bag holding and want to know whether to cut my losses.

I would have thought to protect their investment the miners have to give up mining, find something more profitable and just buy maxcoin. Considering it could have a future, all the coins can't.  Least its going up and down at the moment.

The start join project may kick some life into it. Other coins may die.

NO.

He is very much behind Maxcoin. Check this tweets. It's all there.

Regardless where price is at, this coin will grow at steady pace. It's not going away.
