Your Wirex account enters a new state tomorrow, 1 July
From tomorrow, 1 July, your Wirex account moves into a partial restriction as part of our transition to Wirex One. Some external services will be restricted, but a lot stays open, and upgrading to Wirex One restores everything.
What still works from tomorrow:
Your card continues to work, spending from your fiat balance as normal
SEPA in and out, fiat deposits and withdrawals remain open
Managing your existing products and positions
Your X-tras subscription stays active until the end of your paid period
What changes from tomorrow:
External crypto deposits and withdrawals will be closed
Your card becomes fiat-only, crypto accounts will be unlinked
Cryptoback™ pauses, no new rewards calculated or credited
New X-tras upgrades and renewals blocked
Active Multiply deals may be force-closed today (30 June)
You still have time, but we recommend upgrading today.
