I have found that many people tend to withdraw money directly from exchanges to my address when they are paying me. You can provide a signed message with a repayment address so the borrower can prove they paid you. Good luck!

I'll add the option for borrowers to request a unique address, it's all going to end up in the same Trezor account anyway.

If you want a second set of opinions, your rates seem too high - they will attract more scammers than genuine requests. Especially for the collateralized loans. Just my opinion though.

Thanks for the advice, I'll give it some consideration. I tried to position myself somewhere in the middle of the pack, but I'll do more research to confirm. ETA: After giving it more consideration and looking at long term ROI, I decided you are right. I've modified my interest rates.

That's not earned merit. You got 100 merits in the initial airdrop and earned 0 since then. 7.1) Applications must be signed with a staked bitcoin address. Here my Vanitygen old stacked address: 1BatmanNCwnDs58jE8anaHeYQF6cttWTTm
Perhaps DireWolfM14 should be more specific but I think he expects a signed message.

Perhaps DireWolfM14 should be more specific but I think he expects a signed message. That's correct. I prefer to have the application signed with an address that was staked some time in the past, even for secured loans. I've included an example in my OP, and here. I hope this eliminates any ambiguity. Application has been signed with an address that was staked here. -----BEGIN BITCOIN SIGNED MESSAGE----- Username: DireWolfM14 Loan Amount: 0.1 BTC Purpose: Trading Collateral: None Repayment date: 23 APR 2019 Repayment Amount: 0.1035 BTC Funding Address: bc1q2nwf4njwkpeuyycx5a95nj6mf8m45djdk863xs -----BEGIN SIGNATURE----- 157v67atJjnx7Fdi2wmcBBpChugHNmDWup IEYQbo8AJynG6hoQqD14aefWHMGVP1ukUM0xX+wFyOlyYXgVd1jQY5hGK8ltt1qG+lfCymKcW3ms6PKpL8OMTxE= -----END BITCOIN SIGNED MESSAGE----- @Batmanvsduecare, thank you for your request, but I'm sorry, you do not qualify for a no-collateral loan from me. I never said I earned those 100 Merits,I was also pointing that asking for a certain number of Merits in a certain time fram may lead to the creation of a Merit points market which will lead to more scams and do more harm than good. I seriously doubt my little lending business is going to have any affect on the Merit Market. And just to be clear; rank and merit requirements only apply to unsecured (no collateral) loans. There is no rank or merit requirement for loans secured by collateral.

I could have waited a week or 2 before applying, found some Merit sellers to meet your requirements, asked for a loan and got it. Also as I said even excellent posts don't necessarly get Merit, the way I see it happening it's more people who know each other who give Merit, very rarely did I see a post that desrves it get one. I seriously doubt my little lending business is going to have any affect on the Merit Market. Yes, but if others copy you, it will have a snowball effect, remember how many sold accounts were used for scams in loans and other activities.

I could have waited a week or 2 before applying, found some Merit sellers to meet your requirements, asked for a loan and got it. Like suchmoon pointed out, you have earned 0 merits, so you would have bought 50 merit points just to apply? You must realize I can still deny you a loan even if you meet all the criteria to apply, right?

Well, i just want to welcome you onboard the lending section, as new fellow lender, and wish you the best. Btw nice, simple and comprehensive thread, small font on TOS or i need glasses! @Batmanvsduecare: Pushing/pressing someone to grand you a loan, doesn't sound/look good and possible will have the opposite outcome. Especially when you admit that you will pay/bribe, in order to meet the lender's requirements... P.S: Sorry for my late "welcome" post...
