Binance and Bittrex are probably the most reputable I would say.

I'm not sure about Binance but Bittrex probably won't let you withdraw your funds until you verify your ID, so keep that in mind.

Just go with Binance[1]. You wouldn't even need to submit KYC as long as you withdraw less than 42 BTC per day. So far, it seems to be pretty secure.. so far. As always, never leave significant amounts of cryptocurrencies on exchanges unless you're actively trading them.

Then we could only suggest selling in binance as binance will allow people to withdraw the money for up to 2 bitcoin without having verifying. That will be a good choice for him as he doesn't need to pass the verification by sending his document if he doesn't want to send any document.

I always advise Binance in these cases since I have never faced any sort of problems so far. There are many other exchanges available to address your problem op, but Binance is the best option.

Don't forget to enable 2FA when you make an account there.

May I please ask - Which is the Safest and Most Reliable Exchange to Sell Alt Coins ?

To sell altcoins? Well then if that is listed in Binance, then you can consider using them. Safest might not be the right term but it's worth to play with the risks here providing how reputable that exchange today.

But if your alts is not listed there, then you can asked community first or do some self- research about all the exchanges where it was listed.

One good stop to check where a coin is listed is thru COINMARKETCAP. Just hit the "Market" tab after searching on a specific altcoin.

Much better to check the altcoin official thread if what exchanges this altcoin listed because not all altcoin is listed only in one exchange like binance.

If you want to know exchanges of one of the altcoins you hold you may need to find it here https://coingecko.com and then after you find the coin you can check the coin exchange tab and you will see all listed exchanges that support with your altcoin. Always go to large volume to sell your coins because base on what I experienced when selling altcoin I can only sell in large volume exchange but If I sell in low volume exchange it sometimes the withdrawal is pending forever.  So always check the exchange volume.

Do you have some alts in your hardware wallet also? It's a little bit confusing, in the title, you said that you have alts to sell and on OP, you said you have bitcoin in your hardware. The best exchange to use if you don't want to give your identity, choose binance.

It depends on the exchange those coins/tokens is listed and there procedure for exchange of coins may brtit require kyc or not. And the top exchange is binance and bintrex, but there are other exchanges around where you can exchange your coin into any other currency as long as it listed on that exchange.

Basically I use coinbase for exchange to sell alt coins, it's the safest and reliable to exchange. Moreover I drop some more safest and reliable name that you use for exchange to sell your alt coins. These all are most trusted and popular which gives you best experience and safest way to exchange to sell alt coins.

Bittrex is not the best exchange, as it freezes the funds from the Russian community. Requests to confirm the source of income.

I like most Binance

None, of the exchanges are safe as most of them do not support Proof of Key concept.

If you would like to exchange your Bitcoin to Altcoins with higher Market cap like ETH, EOS and etc. Then the safest option would be to download Atomic Wallet for Android or  the desktop version to use Atomic Swap or Exchange.

Read this Article to know, How to use the Android version of Atomic Wallet - https://cointikka.com/how-to-use-atomic-wallet-for-android/.

For desktop wallet, read this article - https://medium.com/@pakhitheboss/atomic-multi-cryptocurrency-wallet-how-to-use-fa603083efdd

P.S - I am not promoting this wallet, I have used it and found it very secure and useful. That is why I am sharing this information.

Well you got the answer for sure : Binance. I've been trading in there a lot of times before. They would help you secure your wallet, through 2-factor Authentication and it is quite convenient that they're also approachable in case your phone got screwed and you really need access to your wallet. They'll just require you another way of verification your identity through documents, iirc.

~

I thought it was 1 BTC limit though, my bad.

Edited my post. Doublechecked. It's actually 2 BTC not 4 BTC every 24 hrs. My bad. 🤦

Here's the source: https://support.binance.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000864371-Verification-on-Binance

Quote
Veritified  account: withdraw 100BTC per 24h

Non-veritified account: withdraw 2BTC per 24h (Start from 2017/8/3 12:00AM, Beijing Time)

^Not sure if this has been updated already or not.

I do agree with you, binance and bitrex are the biggest exchange right now, from what I notice is it depends on what you want to trade, I mean the coin you want to buy or sell, all exchange site  I have visit required kyc,in terms of response I think I will give to binance.

The reputation of Binance beats all combined exchanges and alternative ways of trading are also possible in Binance. For fiat deposits and withdrawals Coinbase is used widely. Altcoin trading should be done in Binance.

What is the exchange you actually want? Do you want an exchange that is reliable but does not need of KYC? If you think that this is what you want I recommend you these exchanges:
I recommend you just to try these exchanges since you don't need to give ID and your personal information just to trade and withdraw your money. Trade well OP.

Binance will be the best to sell your altcoins since it's the most reliable platform for selling your crypto along with that, they will not require you to undergo KYC before you can withdraw your funds. Keep in mind it still depends on what altcoin are you trading, just look what exchange is available for you to sell your altcoin.

I will suggest two names which are very common to worldwide crypto traders. They are:

1. Bittrex
2. Binance

I hope you can trade safely on those 2 exchanges if successfully verify your account by abiding their verification method. Although there's lot more crypto exchanges but those two are best of all from my opinion.

I suggest you to use Binance as it has a fully functional user friendly mobile application. I have used many exchanges in the past and never experienced any hassle with this one. I also recommend Bittrex too. If you are from India. Check out WazirX.
