Who said so? I'm a State national citizen ... not a US citizen. US citizens don't exist.    We are citizens of each state. Not citizens of a foreign entity that calls themselves the UNITED STATES inc. location DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA. How can one be a citizen of a corporation? Note the capital letters.   For example ... let's say Maine state. Then I would be called a Maine state citizen. PS. My state allows crypto currencies.
