Really? I don't think decentralized exchange is safe at all. Maybe in some sense but providing your own private key in order to use their platform will just risking almost all of the funds you have.

I might consider to use centralized exchange as I am going to risk just a particular cryptocurrency.

I think etherdelta is ok but last time i used it i faced lagging, slowness and not good experience which they could have improved by now but i do not know on the other hand forkdelta has similar interface and features but it is much smoother and quicker in transactions so now i only use forkdelta for new erc tokens.

At first, I was thinking that Etherdelta nd forkdelta is the same. Knowing that these two are decentralized exchanges, I could say, fork delta is much better to use than etherdelta in times of security. Let's look at their market volume, there are more people that is still using forkforkdelta. But I can say, they are both genuine, let us just choose which is much popular.

Indeed mate and since lots of issues had been thrown towards etherdelta in the past thats why i dont know where did OP says about 100% scam free and legit.maybe he was just trading with small amount or hes from the team thats whu he was imposing good words towards this exchange

As far as i know. ForkDelta was related to EtherDelta since it has using with same smartcontract and ForkDelta was only Fork from EtherDelta so there was no question for genuity But base on my experience, Forkdelta and EtherDelta was still functioning and im also buying and selling some ERC20 tokens on both and it has no problem so far.

Forkdelta is another exchange, which is as good as Etherdelta. You can use any of these two (depending on the token which you want to trade). From my personal experience, I would say that Forkdelta is more user friendly.

i think the real etherdelta already dead (in terms of volume), no one trade there currently.
You can alternatively use forkdelta as it's appear since etherdelta got hacked. But yeah, if we compare it back to late 2017, it's hard to sell any coins there

Etherdelta is still in online servises but the bad news the volume are too small its getting hard to sell your altcoin if I were you I will go to folkdelta instead of etherdelta, like what other said this site faced some issue that never getting fix by the developer.

When i was beginner i was used it to sell and to buy some token that not listed in popular exchange,but in the past month i didnt use it because for me its so risky now to import your private in any exchanger and also buy the use of myetherwallet account.

Etherdelta is now less popular than forkdelta so i will suggest use forkdelta as it is same like etherdelta, AS every one knows last years there was some misadventure with etherdelta so don't use it.

Didn't the Federal government S.E.C shut Etherdelta down a few months ago? I'm didn't know that it was still around. I think Forkdelta sounds an awful lot like Etherdelta. Wait a second, I think it's a fork of the former.

Forkdelta is the fork version from etherdelta. Both are genuine but I do recommend you to use the etherdelta because this one is the original one.

Both are genuine because both are diffrent decentralized exchanges. They have only same UI but totally diffrent servers.
Bookmark them to prevent the phishing attack.
