For me the biggest Crime in Cryptocurrency is the exchanges scaming the users in the name of exchange getting hacked and hiding their scam under it. Lot of exchanges hvae done this.

Not that many exchanges have actually done this, there are still a lot of honest ones out there with good intentions.

The biggest crypto crime and the on that i think has changed the course of any investment on the internet is the ponzi scheme made by one coin site where they have walked away with more than 667 million dollar, onecoin claimed to be the bitcoin killer, that many people believed it and they invested their money their saving only to wake one day and find out they have have been scammed, to this day the founder is still on the run and the case is still not solved, with the one coin scam everyone lost their trust in these types of companies and projects.

if the exchange is hack they have been hacked , they are not scammed because they dont mean it to happen  .  hackers are just smart because any site that has a good security can still be bypass by them in the money of money  but hacking incident on exchanges is not the biggest crime in the world of cryptos . i heard alot of frauds and money laundering crimes before the that involves millions and billions of cryptos  .

I think ICO fraud is a very big crime from year to year, just imagine the project that ran away with investor funds and also the price of ico is very different when the tokens are traded on the market, I am really concerned about this situation

Last year, Myetherwallet was exposed and hacker penetrated and stole alot.
Scam ICO made away with millions in recent years.

Some of the things that you have written have happened due to the awareness and the naiveness of the users. For example, if someone invests in a Scam ICO it is only his fault and he is to be blamed for that. It is like they are feeding the scammers.

The biggest crime didn't happen yet. It will be once we let the central banks controlling the Bitcoin network. But if not, I think that it is MtGox that holds the record in the media. In term of funds for sure, all these shit ICOs are the biggest. Still, it's minimal compared to other currencies and like the currencies, Bitcoin can't be blamed but the platform people use and so these people themselves.

You see trading platforms being hacked. Yes that is what they say but there is no transparency into what really happened.

They can target a small new listed ICO then pretend it was hacked because of the addition that opened their security system.
Now, what could one small company do?

That crime exist because of cyber thieves so in order to correct and prevent this scenario there should be strong blockchain security that must be implemented. I think this happens most of the time particularly last 2018. Although we make a good research about ICO projects but still we end up being a victim.
