Thanks for taking your effort to alert the community but this particular user had already been red tagged before you dealt with him, How did you fall for the scammer's advert?
Possible scammer red flags
- Self moderated thread
- Deleted posts from users
- Locked threads.
- New account with no reputation or sometimes negative trusted.

It seems that this user tried to get a Merit by buying it [1] and when he did not succeed, he created this topic [2]. I do not know if @CornedBeefAnd Cabbage is an Alt account.
Adding more negative trust will not change anything.

I got scammed by telegram @giftnerd

not giftnerds

he scammed me $10 via paypal .

I bought $50 fandango gift card from him, he sent me the image of gift card but he cleared history chat right away so I did not save the image. Then i contacted him but he never respond. I used another telegram account to chat with him, he respond right away.
So I used two different telegram account to chat with him in the same time. The old telegram account (which bought gift card from him) never respond, but the new telegram account got respond from him
see two pictures bellow and look at the time i chatted with him with two accounts
