The Fed has closed down exchanges in other jurisdictions in the past. Binance has US customers: This is a NO NO. Craig Wright is no fool and wants Binance out of the picture. Be aware! Maybe hell is coming to Binance: Use them but don’t hold your bags with them: Opinion
I can't just imagine this information, if the Fed has closed exchanges in the past because of some legal reasons does not mean they will close binance because of Craig Wright. I know binance must have made some mistakes but that's not enough reasons

I think if binance delist BSV is binance right and i am believe before delist BSV, binance already consult with their lawyer. Beside that, Binance is regulated exchanger in many country and i think The Fed can not close binance.

that's almost impossible in near future, because binance is the top of the market and the services also at it's best.
So people will just trade in binance will all those qualified coins, because it's not cheap for a coin to enter binance.

I do not think that it will going to.happen to Binance that easily. There might be some exchanges that will be closing down due to the fact that they are faking volumes on it to attract more users to use in their platform or.exchange.

Binance os one of the best exchange and I have seen a rank on exchanges to which Binance had almost taken the half crypto market cap.volumes in total compared to other combined exchanges.

Binance is more popular and trustful exchange nowadays. It is very doubtful what it can be closed. I believe there are a lot of good lawyers in Binance which watch out for exchange to works according all legal regulatory and have no problems in this field.
More so I don't  think binance will disobey and indulges in any form of illegality that will warrant it closure by the US government they (binance) will operate within the sovereignty and control of the US government that is if they are allowed to operate there,  to avoid any sanction however its very advisable to always hodl a large chunk of coins in a hardware wallet ie. bulk of the coins shouldn't be hodl in any exchange despite the credibility of that exchange because exchanges are liable to hacking nowadays.

I think this is very bad, if this is true there will be a regulation on binance and some of the existing exchanges regarding cryptocurrencies, prices will likely be pushed down, according to fundamentals there will be more sellers than buyers if viewed from trader psychology.

will it affect the BNB market in a comprehensive manner? if good coins will certainly have good regulation too. now BNB is arranging their projects as they want. if it is in demand by the market, nothing will happen.

Binance has a possibility to close down for being operating on US. But, Can't they just move other country? Also, if they pay tax to the goverment, I don't think they will be forced to shut their operation down as they will give extra money to the goverment. So my opinion, it's possible but not now, maybe later if Binance has a financial problems and not the most favoured exchange anymore.

Maybe hell is coming to Binance: Use them but don’t hold your bags with them: Binance is Malta based but is breaking US Laws and if you think for 5 minutes that the US regulators are not going to take them out you are foolish: Wall Street need Binance and these rogue exchanges out of the way. CZ could do prison time! I would not want to be in his shoes! Binance could be deemed as a money launderer and a tool for terrorism. US regulators and law enforcement have Binance on their radar and will make a move! Opinion!
This is insane what are you talking about? Are you starting with a FUD? where did you get that stupid idea. US SEC has no jurisdiction with Binance, First Binance is not registered in the US second its operated in Malta and Malta has own friendly regulation about Blockchain base Industry. and I think Binance is a AML compliant Exchange and then why did you say its a Launderer and tool of terrorism, "Breaking with US laws-  Malta is not US territory so US cant do anything except US base traders will be ban or prohibited of using Binance if that happen.

Because of their launchpad program they are very much stablize in the marketplace. When there any new tokens from the IEO automatically their own coin BNB raising in the marketplace.
That too other exchanges giving low rate than binance so price also increase because of demand and supply theory.
My opinion it will not fall down completely.

Any exchange can get close down, it depends on the issues will happen. Now in Binance, as far as I know this platform
was always listed on top 10 exchange at the coinmarketcap. So, it never come into my mind that things will happen.
And if ever that happen, for sure the market of cryptocurrency will get affect by it for sure.

To be honest, I can't believe it at all.  Because it is impossible and no one needs.  This is specifically made such news.  To all worried and more PR whether.
Of course, these are just rumors that are created to ordinary people, who understand little about how the market works, start to panic

Typically newcomers are using the Binance trading platform. I don't think you should post this, it will have a negative effect on users

I don't think it will, imagine if a binary exchange is closed down.
I think bitcoin will be destroyed and the altcoin will be more destroyed now.

As I know Binance is based in China. USA do not have rights to ban Binance for the whole world, but they can disallow Binance to provide services to american people. Smiley

Binance cryptocurrency exchange really knows exactly that there are definitely US citizens who use their platform for their crypto activities and they would try as much as possible not to violate any of the US laws which may call for sanction and a possible shut down. CZ surely knows what he is doing.

I don't understand what you man by binance getting closed down, but as it stands, that's about the best exchange in this space, if you made this post because of regulation issues, then I might understand. But so far I think Binance has been very adhesive in terms of regulation and all. So I don't really seem that happening

In the past, the exchange has already moved its headquarters twice, due to the onslaught of regulators. Binance is now officially located in Malta. But I do not think that this could prevent the US regulator from eventually closing it down and this will have consequences. Everything's possible.
