Binans is a very large exchange for today, with quite serious capitals and plans,it will not be so easy to close it,even if they want to,so it's definitely a pitchfork on the water drive,I'm sure that everything will be fine with the project, and the price of the token will only rise up and up

Binance is not operating in the United States though so why would they be affected by a US law?
This is not like a Pablo Escobar thing that US would extradite criminals from the other countries to extent jurisdictions and abide their laws

In the past, the exchange has already moved its headquarters twice, due to the onslaught of regulators. Binance is now officially located in Malta. But I do not think that this could prevent the US regulator from eventually closing it down and this will have consequences. Everything's possible.
I remember that too, they needed to transfer their headquarters to facilitate much better without any intervention with any regulatory, binance was already a big business they will surely protect what they've already been established.

right, binance is not owned by America so I'm not afraid Binance will be closed. I am sure if Binance has many fans who support it so it will not be easily destroyed. many lucky countries after adopting Binance.

That and any other large cryptocurrency project can close. I do not think this will happen.

Every opinion has some thought behind it And de must give proper respect to that Even if we agree or not.in this case also you must hold the coin on different exchanges to minimize this risk.although binance has its headquarter in Malta so european unión must have regulation to control it. So be safe always

Binance is currently top 1 cryptocurrency exchange in the world and it has many lawyers who analyzes the regulation rules in order Binance meet them. I do not think we have anything to worry about.

You must be a Craig’s loyalist for saying this horrible thing about Binance, even though Binance has US customers but I am not sure they are the majority or the stronger community backing Binance, after all, they are not operating within the jurisdiction of United State, if their present country of domiciled who are crypto friendly does not close Binance down, I don’t know what influence then FED will have.
If they are even to start with, it wouldn’t be Binance but other exchanges with bad records and not an exchange that is carrying out its duty diligently, this might just be an assumption and I doubt if it will ever happen.

Maybe so, most likely there is some kind of technical work and they usually warn people about it, but I think that very soon people will think wrong and most likely nothing bad will happen. Although many exchanges today have already shown their faces.

Why it is possible it always going with a good flow in all the time show the possibility of closing is not been available for my opinion to binance and it is one of the good trusted exchanges I have used lots of time.

binance is a big and popular exchange today, of course they will continue to fight for it, but indeed if you have dealt with the USA then it will be difficult to fight. all will negotiate and negotiate to get a good way

As far as I know, binance has not failed any law for the federal government to shut it down. If you think that binance will be shut down because of Craig Wright then youhave the wrong thinking

Binance will not fall, I do not think that Malta will drop the exchange that has brought great fruits and benefits to his country !, the one that will fall is Bitfinex and Tether that have been sued...

First of all we can't predict what is going to happen tomorrow or after tomorrow. So It's very hard to say that Binance exchange will go down or not. But I personally don’t think that Binance exchange will go down. Because It's a very big exchange and Binance team will hold it in their hand.

Binance is a Chinese company with offices on Shanghai, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Malta. Though they'd try everything to get accepted in fiat money transfers worldwide, they'd never step down under any pressure from US or European authorities. Though it may hurt their business a lot, Binance still has a huge volume coming in from East Asia.

I can not agree with you because Binance is one of the largest exchanges at this time and capitalization shows that the exchange is making progress and I think if a problem arises in the legislative plan it will be solved as soon as possible.

I don't understand what you man by binance getting closed down, but as it stands, that's about the best exchange in this space, if you made this post because of regulation issues, then I might understand. But so far I think Binance has been very adhesive in terms of regulation and all. So I don't really seem that happening
Regulation issues are the biggest threat against the main idea of free trade based exchanges. The volume will go down significantly and this will be the ned of crypto friendly exchanges.

The Fed has closed down exchanges in other jurisdictions in the past. Binance has US customers: This is a NO NO. Craig Wright is no fool and wants Binance out of the picture. Be aware! Maybe hell is coming to Binance: Use them but don’t hold your bags with them: Binance is Malta based but is breaking US Laws and if you think for 5 minutes that the US regulators are not going to take them out you are foolish: Wall Street need Binance and these rogue exchanges out of the way. CZ could do prison time! I would not want to be in his shoes! Binance could be deemed as a money launderer and a tool for terrorism. US regulators and law enforcement have Binance on their radar and will make a move! Opinion!
I don't know what brings you to this conclusion.. but as for me the least the United States can do is prevent it's citizens from using binance.. they can not close down the exchange nor arrest him

Binance is really proving that they will be one of the most influential companies in the crypto market today. With slow and steady steps like step by step creating the fomo IEO, next is Binance DEX. I believe Binacne will soon IPO in the future

I do not see the possibility of this at all. Binance get shut down? Hmmm.. That will be a very big blow cos binance is considered oneif not number one trusted exchange in the crypto space.
