As far as I know, binance has not failed any law for the federal government to shut it down. If you think that binance will be shut down because of Craig Wright then youhave the wrong thinking
I don't believe that such a thing can happen. Of course, the fight against terrorism is a weighty argument for sanctions. But I think that an exchange like Beenans has a strong team of lawyers.
It's possible that the develops to its own network will make it more difficult for regulators the control over the traders, and this is the reason for this negative news.

I cannot imagine that Binance will close their exchange, because it is the biggest, the most popular exchange with the largest trading volume that is not faked. The can ask US customers to close their accounts, but nothing more.

I agree with this comment. Binance is already too big to fail. If US customers do use Binance, then the USA will not consider inflicting so much pain in this market full of Americans.

I dont think so , binance is one of the largest exchange. they will stay forever
I have never see that threat that is strong enough to pull Binance down, except it is a  decision that will be made by the CEO to do that, they have not defrauded people, they have not seized their money, they have added more value to the life if their users than the users have to them.

So many traders are making more money now in their trade because of the low trading cost they have, I think all these negative news about Binance is strictly emanating from other exchanges that are jealous of Binance because of their inability to perform well, there inability to perform well should not be picked on Binance but they need to amend in their operations.

Binance got its license from Malta right so how can it be a threat to US? I can't even imagine Binance closing down for any reason owing to how far it has come in order to create a better world for cryptocurrency traders and investors.

No it won't. Come to think of it, Binance isn't based in The USA, so how can it closed down? Binance has contributed a lot to the crypto space that a mere threat will shut it down. The question is, have they broken any law? No.
Binance will keep looking for ways to attract more users at the same time upgrading their platform

The Fed has closed down exchanges in other jurisdictions in the past. Binance has US customers: This is a NO NO. Craig Wright is no fool and wants Binance out of the picture. Be aware! Maybe hell is coming to Binance: Use them but don’t hold your bags with them: Binance is Malta based but is breaking US Laws and if you think for 5 minutes that the US regulators are not going to take them out you are foolish: Wall Street need Binance and these rogue exchanges out of the way. CZ could do prison time! I would not want to be in his shoes! Binance could be deemed as a money launderer and a tool for terrorism. US regulators and law enforcement have Binance on their radar and will make a move! Opinion!

With the prevailing mindset of the USA SEC, it is not quite remote that they can bludgeon on Binance for grounds of doing illicit business in USA. Of course, Binance has all the means available to fight back this disaster. I always believe that Binance is keeping an open line communication with the SEC on this matter as they can never allow their name and reputation to be tarnished just to be continuing business in USA...and Binance can easily sacrifice this share of the market anytime. Binance must have compliance all the time in check making sure that they are following the guidelines set by the government.

We don't believe Binance will be closed, this makes a lot of pros and cons. Almost all think positively with Binance and hope that Binance can provide good service. We are following developments from Binance and this certainly still has good room for Binance with US government policies.

yeah, it's a shame if binance closed.
i think it will not be fair and i agree with your thoughts. i think it would be better to ask US customers who close their account than to close the overall binance.

but isn't this just fake news? i haven't seen the news. did i miss the news?

I believe that binance is a registered exchange and cannot be closed down unless they break the rules of the fed of the country they are based in, which I don't think they want to do, since a lot of funds would be lost if the exchange is eventually closed down, though anything is possible in the crypto space, and it's possible for the government of that same country to change their rules and regulation against crypto just to close down the exchange.

I dont think so. Because why ? Binance is a good exchange and very trusted by many traders in the crypto world.
Seems like there are many peoples who exaggerating and think binance as a threat.
As long binance keep their clients assets safe, fast deposit and withrawal, keep developing, then binance won't be closed.

I think there is no chance Binance to get closed down. It is apparently the biggest and the strongest exchance at the moment. So i think it’d be a disaster if they closed.

It is strange that today you are talking about Binance. I see that in this I really have success. I do not think that this will happen that way, most likely Binance will alert its users. Now it seems to me that people are already ready for the fact that Binance will go to those services - this is the maximum that can be.

I don't understand what you man by binance getting closed down, but as it stands, that's about the best exchange in this space, if you made this post because of regulation issues, then I might understand. But so far I think Binance has been very adhesive in terms of regulation and all. So I don't really seem that happening
He don't really understand that the whole Binance activity is to not get closed down in future, they're really improving their service for many traders/investors and people interested in some offers.

This is quite a frightening revelation about the possibility of binance been closed down by the US regulators. We all know how strategic the exchange is in the crypto market as it is currently the most reputable of all the exchange platforms. If binance gets closed down, it will create severe panic in the crypto market.

I don't think CZ will let that happen in the first place and CW case won't affect what they were dealing with Binance. Binance is a reputable exchange if ever that would happen i think CZ already planned what he will do if that's the case but i don't really think that it would come to that point where they would shut down their exchange.

Looking at the team at this time I am sure Binance is the biggest exchange, the daily transaction volume of more than $ 1 billion certainly makes a big profit for Binance so I do not hesitate to save my crypto assets at Binance.

It is not about the security of binance, the legal issues cause binance to close down or not.

I don't think binance is going to close even if they were restricted on their juridiction they will create it from another country.
