So long as Binance is not having its headquarters in America, it will be difficult for the American government to close it down. The worst they can do is to order all American citizens to withdraw their funds, which will not have so much negative impact on the Binance exchange

The Fed has closed down exchanges in other jurisdictions in the past. Binance has US customers: This is a NO NO. Craig Wright is no fool and wants Binance out of the picture. Be aware! Maybe hell is coming to Binance: Use them but don’t hold your bags with them: Binance is Malta based but is breaking US Laws and if you think for 5 minutes that the US regulators are not going to take them out you are foolish: Wall Street need Binance and these rogue exchanges out of the way. CZ could do prison time! I would not want to be in his shoes! Binance could be deemed as a money launderer and a tool for terrorism. US regulators and law enforcement have Binance on their radar and will make a move! Opinion!

They making move to Malte for removing complicated regulation, especially from US. If by any chance US got their hands of Binance, Binance will just don't accept US customer then.

But i don't know, if US really make binance opt US customer, it's a bad sign..but then again people still use BITMEX with VPN.

I do not think that Binance will get closed down especially with all the recent public announcements of compliance partnerships with cyber security firms like ciphertrace.

This is why there is a great danger of using a single centralized platform. Binance is not only CZ, but lately there have been a lot of different charges against it, it makes me wonder.

Of course, do not put all eggs in one basket. And main thing do not use exchange as a wallet to keep your coins.
There are a lot of safe alternatives to that, be smart

If i remember correct they  moved there headquarter a few times already, With the rules getting tighter around the world they have to give inn on the long run to keep the place running.

Absolutely any exchanges can be blamed for money laundering only for the reason that cryptocurrency wallets are not tied to specific people or campaigns. In general, cryptocurrencies were created by anonymous, and who does not like it - can not trade them.

Your opinion is just a pure FUD,  there is no point of originality from it,  it's just a guess work from u,  Binance can never be down,  Binance is not Poloinex or bittrex that the US government can clamp down on, take your  FUD opinion else where,  Binance is gonna keep going on strong

Well, I don't really trust this exchange either. It tries to conquer the entire market and dictate the rules to the developers. I especially did not like that they decided to run their blockchain. Take care of your money, this exchange can repeat one sad experience of one exchange.

I think it's funny that you really think that someone who has taken all the right steps for KYC and AML processes is going to get shut down. Their recent partnership with ciphertrace is a pretty sure tell way that they are doing everything legal and legit

Binance has obtained legality from Hong Kong and they have invested heavily in servers, offices and so on, I'm sure Binance will continue to exist as long as crypto is still in use.

Thank you

No Binance will not get shut down out of the jurisdiction.
This is a case of the US traders need Binance and Binance does not need them, they have a global reach.
Come to even think of it, Binance has moved their base to Malta that is more crypto friendly, and I don’t think US will be able to influence any decision Malta has made to accommodate them legally.

This move on Binance is just a way to bring them down and break the monopoly attribute many people claim that they are exhibiting which di must confess that I have not seen one, I am not being biased, it is just the truth, I don’t think Binance has gone out of their limit, Binance team are too intelligent and humble to break the law, so US are the ones that need people like Binance more to add value to their economy.

I cannot imagine that Binance will close their exchange, because it is the biggest, the most popular exchange with the largest trading volume that is not faked. The can ask US customers to close their accounts, but nothing more.
me too, Binance is a miracle, in my opinion. every new coin that successfully enters the Binance list will definitely Pump. I really hope Binance can survive even when US government intervention gets stronger.

I think it's all yellow press.  Just PR that should be.  I think nothing will happen.  Binance will continue to evolve and grow in scale.

Any exchange can be accused of money laundering and fraud. They all do what they please, cheat, wind up trading volumes, do not follow the flow of money. However, at the moment it does not scare me.
Cryptocurrencies are outside the law in many countries, so the exchanges will be in the same position.

Binance will not get close but maybe in the future, if  they did not upgrade their system or anything maybe it possible but for now I don't think so because they do their best or everything that binance to become most popular exchanges site in the whole crypto community. Wwe don't know if that's true or not so Im still be in Binance.

But now there is just a good opportunity to buy a Binance coin with a discount of 7-9%. I think that after opening margin trading, this coin can cost as much as 50 dollars.

This is something that everyone has to realize! Not only in online services but even in crypto itself. Far too many people are buying altcoins that are also under the control of one entity. I admit I even bought Litecoin when Charlie Lee was in charge but I'm glad he no longer is. The sooner Ethereum also stops relying on Vitalik Buterin for its future the better. Binance will of course never be owned by many.

I think if it is happen, they will find a way to resolve it. Like for other exchangers. Because until now, they still allowed US citizen to trade in them and they are not closed down. I talk about market that already open for a years like Bittrex for example.

This being under a single entity doesn't ruin the reputation when it is completely away from the single entity's control. One of the developer is Vitalik and the same doesn't mean the network is completely relying on him. Binance too the same, the continued development is the reason for the growth, now they're focused on creating their blockchain as well the decentralized exchange adds more value to BNB.

No. Binance will not get closed down for any reasons. As you know that there are so many traders now uses Binance to trade their coins on the exchange, I don't think binacce would do that.
