There is a question you're not answering here. They told you to verify your ID,  but you didn't say what happened next, you only said that you answered their questions alone. So I suggest that you contact their customer support and tell them to explain to you why your account is still blocked till now, you have the right to know why,  unless they have turned to scammers and wants to take a run with your money. Or you can even go to reddit and message one of those old members there through  private message and explain to them to see if they can help you out or help you post it by themselves on that thread and have everyone look into it.

Hi I am so sorry for my late reply
I was told that no one here can help me, so I didnt follow this forum.
I did finish all of the KYC, but bitmex just totally ignore me.
I still keep sending them message, begging them to reply me but I got nothing from them.

My life really doom now, I dont know how I can get back my money

well yes as the problem requires a staff there to solve and there's no one here currently. What you can get here are advises/feedbacks from users plus the fact that this thread can be viewed by everyone, so if someone searched for reviewed about bitmex, its possible that they may stumble to this which could serve as a warning.

I would start a thread on r/Bitcoin. You'll get vastly more exposure than their own sub and they may be much more likely to take action when it's that visible. Post it here when it's up and I'll upvote it.

You could also try r/bitcoinmarkets which is filled with Bitmex users but new threads usually don't go anywhere.

Take a look on my thread as well. 600 Bitcoins frozen and suspended on Bitmex without any reason given:

I've never used bitmex to trade before, I don't even have an account on the exchange, it seems big amount of money attracts exchange to do anyhow they want with the money, they can even say the money is fraud or something like that, a lesson learnt here is never deposit large amount of bitcoin on any exchange
