I sell crypto when I need to.
The bear market of 2018 taught me that stable coins is good in preserving value when you don't need to convert your crypto to fiat.
Enjoy your profits once in a while.

in the red market, if we converting our crypto to a stablecoins that is one from many way to safe the value of our crypto
and we can make profit too, because the value from the stablecoins such as tether will stay about $1, wich mean our crypto assets will rising in bitcoin or altcoins terms
Recently, many users of cryptocurrency use names. This way to avoid losses.  To with the most relevant today are moments equivalent to the euro and the dollar.  Over the entire period the fall of the cryptocurrency market, these projects did not give any reason to doubt their reliability.

With recent events in crypto currency trades since January 2019, I have learnt to cash out

Crypto currency long term hodl is very good and rewarding no doubts
But we are at a stage where crypto is formed by whales and the money controllers

With the persistent pump and dumps by the whales; crypto is like a game at the moment

not for all crypto, especially the increasing number of shitcoin that are popping up. I believe crypto will get bigger in the next few years, but that doesn't necessarily mean that all crypto or altcoin will have high selling prices and some will disappear from trading.
so in my opinion, the selection for long-term investments requires research and knowledge, especially experience.

Indeed it is, it's just a game wherein the whales controls the market but that doesn't mean that we're going to withdraw from cryptocurrency... we should take advantage to the whales themselves, not just by being a whale too but by just going the flow with them.

What I'm saying is that we should take advantages to the dumps and pumps that the whales do and from that we can make a profit through day trades and swings even the market is bearish.

Be like a Remora Fish... just ride to whales and take advantage to it:

Well there are some altcoins are worthy to hold and there are also some that you need to cash it out. This bearish market also gives you the opportunity to invest because of the cheap prices so don't lose hope on making money or earning profits.

It depends on your target goals. If it's just to make some beer money now and then cashing out regularly is highly recommended. Take profits when you can before it's too late. However, bigger profits go to long term hodlers with more patience

If you do not need money really urgently and you have other sources of income, it will be the wrong choice to cashout. The cryptomarket has just started growing, thus, much more time is needed to see more expensive alts.

when one's back is against the wall, one has to face one way directly.
if cashing out one's coin is the best option per time, better do, especially for those who doesn't have any other source of income. hodling is never always the best. it as its advantage though.

in fact the market is too unstable to continue to make a long-term holding strategy, we have to go out from time to time into stablecoin or do scalping trading,or sell at the right time to get decent earnings

Everyone always needs money, but it is on the cryptocurrency market that you need to be able to take your profits into cash in time to avoid heavy losses during a correction.

Especially with all this new ico listing on really dead exchange, most of this ico just list on the cheapest exchange they see but it affects  the project everytime and price would drop immediately they list, and I think sooner or later new project would still be falling for the same thing and cashing out early is the only way to make any money from bounty

Cashing out is very easy, you just have to know when to sell

I do agree with you but knowing when to sell the tokens is the missing link at the moment
It is not always precise nor accurate and cannot be underrated either

We can simply dyor and work hard to be on the right side most of the times

I think the best option to cash out now days is localbitcoins because there you can find buyers and make the trade directly with other users, but if you want to change your btc to dollars and make trading with that, then the best option is to change your btc to Tether o USDT.

The further away, the harder it becomes to manipulate crypto. Therefore, it is very important to be able to sell or buy a coin in time. Everyone should learn to determine such moments and then his trade will be successful.

It depends man If you value what you are holding based on your view then keep holding am sure you might achieve what you set out and if you dont see much work then take your losses and get out Sometimes is better to avoid light mistakes than the bad really bad ones

I don't see crypto currency as a game as you rightly mentioned in your submission above because all depends on what you looking for in the crypto currency market. I don't whoever is a long time holder from when Market value was far below a thousand dollars will take your advice .

Its always controlled by manipulators, not only in crypto but in other kinds of markets so theres nothing new about that. If you want to withdraw your account then its okay if you earn even just a little. But since that the market is just starting to recover, its not advisable to get out from it unless you are quitting.

We always have to define our goals and stick to the trading plan. Profit taking is one
of the key elements of successful trading. We do not lose until we do not sell, but
we do not gain until we do  not take the profit.

Whales are not problem, for me they are only the1/4 part of the reasons why token continuing dump or pump the main reason why one token price is moving because of us, the independent traders ,we are the big part of it and for currently situation of crypto i think yes its just a game/gambling its risky to put your money here, but eventually if you have enough knowledge to do this you could earn.
