For 20k it looks like it will be a sweet closing year, if that really happens then at least prices will continue to soar higher next year. At this moment, the price of the bitcoin is rising again after a brief correction last week. Its present price is already above your target of $12k and it may still go up in the coming days according to some technical analysis. I remember having the same guess of btc price same as OP when the bull run haven't started yet. But now $20k is not even a question of if we can reach it again. Most likely is when will we reach $20k or what will be the the new all time high. With bitcoin everything is possible and the coming events of the future will really give btc more than enough gas to reach not just the moon destination.

My prediction of the increase in bitcoin prices will be until December 2019 and the price will reach USD 15,000. This is due to the price of bitcoin which had touched the price of USD 13,000 a few days ago now down again to USD 10,025.

The OP is asking for a clear short prediction.
But according to me we shouldn't think about future atm.
Right now BTC price is fluctuating.
But the price will increase, i believe. As many people are getting to know about Bitcoin, so gradually the price will also increase.
