I think bitcoin price could reach up to $20,000 once again in this year of 2019 because the bear market is starting to get down and the bull market is starting to rise up again.

There is no one who can correctly predict price of bitcoin for a period of 7-8 months. I say it can be $10 000, but it can also be $5000 or any other price that someone comes to mind. December usually increases the price because people want some quick profit, and because of that they start to invest in bitcoin in the months preceding the end of the year. Calculation is clear in this case, to get more money for holidays in the shortest possible time.

We also need to consider possible good, but also bad news which can occur at any time. I see some think that $10 000 is something that is reachable by the end of the year, but I just not see how this could happen in some natural way. Maybe I'm wrong, but 50% up from current price would be something that is realistic to expect.

I am not sure that Bitcoin will reach 10 thousand. Probably, it will climb close to 7-8 thousand but not more. I suppose that Bitcoin's real bull run will come later, in 2 years

There is a possibility that it might reach that figure but it would be hard to reach it. Anyways, nobody knows the future so we just wait on what price it can get by the end of this year.

It has become a crypto tradition that Bitcoin is growing close to the end of the year. Suppose, this December will prove this rule. I am waiting to see BTC offered for 7-8 thousand at least.

Want to know why? There are still buyers out there from the 19k mark up to the 10k mark. They want refund with the same price and I do believe they will be selling it once it hit a price into which ROI is taken back.

I would also estimate that the price at the end of 2019 could be between 7000 and 8000 bucks. Even though Bitcoin has shown over the last few weeks that its price can also rise again, I am still not too optimistic for this year. So my assessment is clearly under 10k for december 2019.

I agree that there are a lot of people that bought in the 10k-20k range that just want to break even and this bull run will have a lot more dumpers.  I don't see btc hitting 20k for a very long time.  At most I'm going to say around 10k in the short term.

Its current price is $5297,66.. If it goes up step by step, the movement up to $10k is pretty possible I suppose

I think it will easily achieved 10k dollars in this end of the year because it already been struggling with $6,000 to reach and if it was developing again it will end up with more than 10000 dollars.

It all depends on what will happen in "news cycle" so to speak. I don't know how else I could explain it in short but basically sometimes something big happens and someone does something newsworthy and than bitcoin reacts to that and it drops or increases right ?

Well, it all depends until December what sort of news worthy things will happen that will make bitcoin react to it. If there was absolutely nothing at all I am pretty sure we would close with over 10 thousand dollars for sure but since we are not really sure on who will do what we are just assuming what it could be. If something really great happens than we can move even beyond 12 thousand to closer to 15 thousand dollars but if something horrible happens than we can move back down to 5 thousand levels we are at the moment as well.

if we compare it to the previous few years, we will see that at the end of each year the price of bitcoin tends to rise and possibly later this year will also rise.

I think what happened last year might going to happen again this year as i see the resemblance of similarity of the price although it is not that accurate. But it might be going to happen and by the end of this year we might not gonna see the five figures but it is more likely $8k - $9k.

I don't want to expect more about of the price this year but i will expect the bull run to happen by 2020.

I think even in 2020 another bull run won't be happen. why ? Because till today after the big crash of crypto from its ATH, we don't see any other significant problem solving and solution. We might see some small bull run is just happen few days ago but im not sure it will long last.

Bullish trend would come likely by 2020. $10,000 by the end of year looks promising but we're half far from it. The market can't predicted and on how its likely to get back into that price. But with 2020, I guess a lot of good things would come to the whole crypto market as a whole like the bitcoin halving and probably the most awaited launch of Bakkt will take effect by that time. We don't know on how the market will react with such good news by that year but I'm very much positive on that than this year.

Tough enough to predict BTC price, but it will remain below the five-digit price, maybe around seven thousand. We won't see the five-figure before June/July 2020. The important thing to remember is the halving period and how it reacts with the market.

Yes, I too have the same thinking. Even if some form of FUD is spread, users will stand away from it understanding the moto behind it. Every year by the month of December there will be growth, and this takes place unlike the market trend. As the market scenario seems to progress can expect a price around the $10000 mark.

I think to rise above the highest price in 2017, it hasn't happened at the end of this year. but I hope that this year the upward trend is clear, from a technical perspective as well as good news in circulation. so that more investors will come

I agree, that range of $8k until $10k will definitely possible if price remained to have fluctuating behavior. People are still very clever to choose good market to show better pumps. Many of the traders whose newbies expected fast price growth, that's why we seem to observe unpredictable market due to misjudgements behind market capability. However waiting moment should always be in line with each and everybody's patience.
