Bitinka.com withdrawal problems

I consider it my duty to warn market participants about the problems with the withdrawal of funds from bitinka.com ahhh! More than 2 months promise to resolve the issue. Contact support via email and social networks do not give results.Now the account is already blocked. My case is not an isolated one.

Several threads were already brought up here about the unprofessional behaviour of that exchange to their users. No need to give you some of the links as hitting Google search engine will shows you results.

Just wondering how you guys ended up using that exchange? Where you found it? Unless you received some bounty rewards and got listed there.

Time to move on if you are running out of patience. The fact that more than 2 months with no response + account blocked, you should now move on.

Hope the amount involved is not that decent.

Sorry to hear that, but upon searching this community, it looks like a lot of issues have been raised against this exchanges:

Bitinka Exchange do not withdraw money for 3 weeks
Bitinka exchange is a scam!!!!
Exchange BITINKA (ESTAFA=FRAUDE=SCAM=FRAUD)
BTC sent and confirmed but did not arrive on BitINKA

So let this be a warning, specially for newbies. There's a lot of options out there, don't just trade on unknown exchanges.

I highly doubt you're going to get anything else out of this exchange considering they've blocked your account already and the exchange doesn't seem to care much about the scam reports against them on this forum. Might be worth the time to make another scam report, but it's likely the site's not going to take any action against any scam accusations against them and your money's likely not coming back. Might also be worth a shot to contact the account that seems to represent Bitinka on this forum here (click for link).

Either way, take this as a lesson learned and use larger exchanges in the future. Even larger and more reputable exchanges can have sporadic issues now and then, but you usually won't lose your money with them.

For me, not receiving a reply and got the account blocked means that they don't have any plans of releasing your withdrawal. Many victims like you shared their story and imo that's really helpful and someone might be saved. However, the main problem here is either of the 3:

1. most people don't try to look for reviews before using a service
2. they search for positive reviews, but not the negative ones
3. They turned a blind eye after seeing negative reviews and still use the service

See? Despite the fact that there are several threads here in bitcointalk and in reddit about this exchange being scam and having withdrawal problems, there are still people who sign up and use the service.

This exchange can easily process your deposits, but have a lot of problems with your withdraws.

I initiated withdraw at May 30 2019 and failed.

So I created 2 tickets to support team:
  In first ticket they told "Due to the high demand of user's transactions, some of these have been delayed."
  In second one 12 days later they told: "that the technical area has presented inconvenience in the system nodes, the reason why your withdrawal has not been processed."

No one gives any time estimation. Teither in support nor social media.
Their answers look like formal polite writings with no real effort to solve the problem.
So still can't make any withdraw from this exchange.

So, I can't imagine working exchange with not working withdraws.

yes, ofc they will use that line just like how other exchanges did. To be fair, their withdrawal problem has been going on since last year-- I first read a thread here on November- and from the looks of it, they still have the same amount of users complaining about it all over social media. You can really see the improvement :' )

Their answers look like formal polite writings with no real effort to solve the problem.

not to mention that new assets kept coming while this problem barely gets its progress

@op, a class action lawsuit could be an option if you have a significant amount there and can gather likeminded ppl.
