Theoretically, it is possible. Back in 2017, Bitcoin had around 100 million users and it reached a peak valuation of $20,000. The market cap at that point was around $340 billion. The number of users continue to increase, but at a smaller pace. Maybe by 2025 or 2030, the user-base may increase to 500 million, and it may be possible to have an exchange rate of $100K and a market cap of $1.7 trillion!!!

..I am also a bitcoin believer and I do believe that bitcoin will going to reach its peak again in the next bull run but not that as high as $100,000..bitcoin will always fall into struggle for many are against in it and it will take a lot of time before it will reach to the predictions of $100,000..well reaching to the price of $20k is a stepping stone for Bitcoins milestone in achieving what it suppose to be..

well, for now, the picture of the price can reach $ 100k has not been seen. maybe at this time the highest price, which is even quite difficult to achieve is the price of $ 20k. if the potential of bitcoin can indeed reach that price, I agree that that year may be in 2021 or 2022.

Bitcoin could reach $100000, because to the peak it has already touched the $20000 barrier. We cannot expect the same to happen in the short time and it takes much longer time period. In terms of adoption at least we should have around 25% of the population to use bitcoin so to reach $100000.

Bitcoin will eventually reach $100k and even surpass it. 25% of the world population may not necessarily be using bitcoin for it to hit $100k. If the government of the USA can draft a friendly document that will allow big institutional fund flow into the bitcoin market and give the market the necessary support, things will definitely fly up to the sky.

Just because you've seen the last ATH of Bitcoin at $20,000 doesn't mean that the next bull run would give us a six-figure. Maybe in 20 to 30 years Bitcoin might reach that six-figure that you and the others have been waiting for. But as of this moment, Bitcoin is having a hard time to break a new resistance although the stability of price within this month is very strong. We will just have to wait more months to see the breaking of the new resistance.

We all are witnesses when btc hit its ATH in 2017/18 and many couldn't believe it including myself, to be honest i was speechless, the only thing i said was if i had know ,
now there is a huge gape between 20k to 100k, it looks unrealistic to me considering the current market price of btc right now, but this is crypto, very unpredictable, so i would say btc may not hit 100k but somewhere close.

Bitcoin will jump past $100,000 easily. When it does however, realize that it isn't Bitcoin going up. It is the Dollar going down.

When this happens, move fast. Sell enough Bitcoin to buy some fertile land with its own source of water. Why? Because when the Dollar crashes, it won't take long for it to go all the way. You will need the land just to live.

Start checking out prepper sites, now, for what you will need to live, because after the Dollar literally crashes all the way, the chaos will make Bitcoin impossible to use, as well.

I don't think it's a matter of whether Bitcoin will reach X or Y price, I think the real question is which factors will help the price reach such mark. Will it be mass adoption? Governments embracing cryptos? A strict regulatory framework? Financial institutions jumping into the crypto bandwagon? A worldwide economic collapse? IMO Those are far more interesting and crucial questions.

In order to pull this off, Bitcoin would need a certain degree of rarity. More then It is.

For those who believe that Bitcoin will never be able to reach its all-time high ($20.000). One word for them Stay out of Cryptocurrency. If you do not believe on the technology, why adopt it.

It is the technology that I believe and given the development that is happening, I believe that Bitcoin will be will surpass all our expectation. The key is to be patient and wait for the right time.

Thing is it'll probably not be quick, we shouldn't be too harsh on newcomers, fudders will always be present, and when we take a stance of "yeah stay out of crypto", it is not unlikely that the people unsure of the future are recent adopters, we should show them with examples of why we believe bitcoin will rise again. In reality, it always does, and right now it's behaving very much like it has done in the past after a big crash, slowly creeping up.

But there's another problem, we're currently sitting at about 1/2 max TPS capacity, once momentum goes up, new users will very likely clog up the network, lightning seems like a bit of a waste with all the limitations that it comes with, so what could be done? Thankfully the tech is ever improving, I'd like to see Lightning be as good as it was advertised, we're just not there yet. Maybe lumino / RSK will be the answer?

We've had insatiable demand in the past, and price reaching high numbers is not impossible, maybe not practical with current tech though.

He (McAfee) prediction of One Million was a joke and unrealistic but that of OP looks pretty high but the fact still remains that, the last high was $20,000 so, possibly we might see another all Time High of $80,000. Theoretically, OP prediction is not out of point, i presume.

If talk about possibilities, it's definitely possible.
but if you hope it will happen in the near future? very unrealistic and won't happen, never will!
talking about this possibility is clear in our minds, are you crazy?
in 2017 many people predict that bitcoin will be above $50,000, but in fact the bubble is explodes after reaching $20,000 and the price falls to its current position. optimists allowed, but don't go too far hoping!

Yes , maybe after 50 years . I saw some article that stated last time that it's possible for Bitcoin to reach $100,000.But who know if it's really happen, every hodler would be happy.😁😁
