Will Bitcoin Reach $100,000?

Bitcoin the king of the crypto market is now in the longest bear market in bitcoin history. Many people now believe that Bitcoin will never able to reach its all-time high ($20.000).
On the other hand, many traders and analysts predicate that Bitcoin will surpass the $100,000 milestone in the net bull run.
Please share your views what are the key factors of the next bull run and will fuel the price above $100,000.

I am a believer of Bitcoin and believes that in the next 5 years Bitcoin will be accepted by most of the big firms.

Wish,  whatever you said will be true,  but.... Nothing is impossible.
I mean see when Bitcoin was firstly developed it's value was way too down,  but  suddenly there was some kind of growth seen in the Bitcoins and it's value way increased and reached to 20k usd.
So it's equally possible for both getting 100k usd or fall down, and reach just 100 bucks.
So we need to just wait and warch.

It will eventually but it may not be the case if the next bull run arrives too soon. I expect it to reach $50k in 2020 if we keep FOMO'ing like that, if not, it'll probably hit $100k in 2021 or 2022. The more the time passes, the more powerful the jump will be.

The supply is limited and the demand is high. 10 years later from now, we'll laugh at $100k It will be barely visible on the charts.

I am a believer of Bitcoin and believes that in the next 5 years Bitcoin will be accepted by most of the big firms.

We are all too in a haste to make some drastic predictions for Bitcoin without really considering the factors that will make this happening.  For bitcoin to really reach that price of $100,000 we really need mass adoption, we need people from diverse background to start using Bitcoin as a utility token. I.E payment of goods and services, payment of salaries and many more.

As companies’ use BTC for this, the beneficiaries will gradually be getting use to the system till it becomes massively adopted and every adoption stage will have its price value, so our target now is to seek for BTC adoption and then that value will be nothing for BTC to achieve in future.

I dont think bitcoin will reach 100,000$  in the future or can even surpass $50k. Imagine a person holding 100 btc and price is 100,000$  that wil be huge amount of money. I still believe that bitcoin already hit its highest price.

There some people who said that Bitcoin will not reach $20,000. But it did. Nation-states will have good use for a censorship-resistant cryptocurrency, that's provably scarce, decentralized, and easily sent/received through the wire.

And you should know that the chance for that to happen will be almost zero because the price of bitcoin is determined by big investors and whales, more precisely, these characters always manipulate bitcoin, agree that higher prices for bitcoin will benefit them but they also know that the price of bitcoin should be at a certain level, a level that people can still participate in and invest in. 5000$ -20000$ is still a normal number, people can still participate, the risk is not too significant but $100000 will be a huge number, no one dares to participate at this time, I am sure

I believe that bitcoin would replace gold and many people would prefer to hold bitcoin than gold. As bitcoin has been getting more and more popular all over the world the demand of it would increase so the price too. Who knows it would reach $100k in a few years time.

This will only be possible when bitcoin’s value becomes stable and void of volatility, because nobody wants to store the money in an asset that much decrease in value anytime because of its volatility, and for bitcoin to become stable and really surpass gold in future, we need to contribute our own part to the system.

The only contribution we can do is just to stop milking Bitcoin the way we have been doing, everyone wants bitcoin reach this amount and that, but we tend to strictly use bitcoin for investment alone and for as utility token. If we learn to invest in the future of BTC by using it for all our online purchase when we get the chance, then BTC will surely realize its dream.

With cryptocurrency and especially bitcoins everything is possible, I think its only a matter of time before we see a 10k bitcoin and then we will be on the road for the $100.000 bitcoins, however, this can be years from now.

Yes, I also think a lot is possible at Bitcoin, even 100.000 bucks. The question is not whether Bitcoin really achieves this price, but rather when it achieves it. I find an answer to this question much more interesting.

We are in the phase where currently market is in uptrend and reaching towards 6k. We would first aim at 10k levels mark so that it can reach 5 digit mark sooner as its being more than a  year where it has not seen that mark. Also might be 100k would just be too much at times.

I believe bitcoin can still go up above its last all-time high of $20k in 2017 but reaching the $100,000 is no longer realistic because it's already too high. At this time, bitcoin is already near the $6k level and it is expected to reach it in a few days if there is no major correction along the way. If the current trend of bitcoin continues until the end of this year, it reach $10k or more. The rise of the bitcoin is still in the hands of big investors and the future developments of crypto market.

It's hard to reach that price, I believe on that, but its chance, I believe its not zero or impossible.
Whales, big investors, they will behave as this market starts to get regulated, and in addition, the lost supply of bitcoins helps a lot on reducing the total supply. Maybe last time when bitcoin was still below $1,000, we don't believe it will reach $20,000 but it did happen, how do you explain that?

Fomo is not much of a reliable tool to really retain the value of Bitcoin at a stretch, at every price response to FOMO, there is always tendency to have a big dump, which was why bitcoin could not continue on its race the last time FOMO picked bitcoin to $20,000, it wasn’t long that the price dumped.

Bitcoin could have continued on its increase if we had gradually been getting investor putting in money slowly, and has bitcoin grows slowly, anxiety will not really allow investor to dump at once. SO FOMO buy is not the key to healthy bitcoin, we need genuine investors that would pump in money into bitcoin for serious purpose.

I'm sure the price of bitcoin can reach that high, but I can't be sure when it will happen. 5 years can be enough to make that high price if there is mass adoption and large-scale purchases, but 5 years will not reach that high price, if the development of bitcoin does not increase significantly..

That's nice, we should help bringing the mass adoptions to a much quicker pace, the value will be dictated when most of the people around the world will begin to use this currency, we don't know how exactly the price will be, but we must consider the supply and demand rules when the wide adoptions happen.

Wow. How can someone look at the all time bitcoin price chart and use the word impossible regarding a 20x jump from today? You are extremely closed minded, and ignore the "impossible" jumps it has made before.
Imo if bitcoin continues it's adoption trends it's just a matter of time. Not only is it not impossible, it's probable. And why would bitcoin not continue it's adoption trend - what's going to save the fiat monetary system? nothing that I can see.
