Should this be considered as plagiarism? {Resolved}

Reading through a reply on my thread, i notice a reply that looks amost like my OP with few alternations (corrects in my english I suppose) but the writer didn't indicate he was correcting my english. He just drop the reply there and when you think about if it was an attempted at correcting my english, he did make some few mistakes himself. I personally don't think it's plagiarism but the user isn't online and to prevent it from been reported and user get banned I decided to highlight the situation.

Here's the threads, so what do you think? My main concern is that the reply was just written without any indication to show it was a correction to my OP (if that was what he was trying to do).

At first look it seems that your post was just copied and pasted but I still see minimal differences. Anyway, I won't give emphasis on such thing because it is a clear proof of plagiarism (IMHO), the big catch here is that how crwth would do this kind of thing? I can't believe it! He is a reputable member of our local board and also applying to become on of the merit source there so I'm pretty sure that he is aware of this basic rule. Hmm, I doubt that real crwth will do such thing, maybe his account was hacked (I have a strong gut feeling for that).

This is really weird, I can't understand what he was trying to do. He is a senior member on the way to Hero, has a positive trust. What could make him copy/paste your OP and change a few words around just a few posts below. 
I noticed that he removed a few commas in places where you put them, could he have tried to make your OP better but totally messed it up or got interrupted after making the initial post.

On bpip there is no info that his password was changed that could indicate that his account got hacked.
Truly a peculiar case, lets see what he says and what mods find out.

I am very sure it's a quoting mistake or something related to that. Probably got interrupted when replying.
I almost got into such trouble one day when I was exhausted.

Just look at the user's post history, reputation and merit earned, why would he want to lose an account over this kind of blunt plagiarism.

Yeah before writing this OP I did a background check on his profile and found out he was quite a decent poster himself, also sent a PM before writing post but what I feared has already been done by TMAN. I did this post to prevent him becoming a victim. I don't think it's plagiarism maybe an honest mistake (forgot to indicate his intentions for the post editing).

Guys, please don't jump to any conclusion yet, I know he's not the kind of guy posting such obvious deed against the forum's rules. I think there might be someone piloting his account or something like that. he's a good guy he even founded a charity program with cabalism to help Indigenous people on this community. there might be some explanations about this post.

OMG, that was totally copypaste and nothing has changed (aside commas) on @CryptopreneurBrainboss stated at OP, @crwth is reputed member I don't know what is the purpose by doing that and I know that user since I always saw that account on our local board. Maybe he/she is not lazy enough to do that (yeah he/she know the basic rule on this forum and copy paste is strictly prohibited)maybe there's something wrong with that account that we need to hear it here.

Keep on eyes open on this issue of what is really happening, either hack or someone's stolen user's gadget.

EDIT: Now, crwth was explained it here so I think that apologized is accepted,(IMO) nothing's perfect, we're still human. Unless if someone here is AI robot.

For the minimal changes that happened, I use Grammarly for editing my grammar mistakes and I automatically change everything that it could see. It’s for improvement

Might be a misquote to post his thoughts but end up posting the whole OP's content? Because most users used to double check their post and edit it if necessary, but in this case seems  not.

He explained what happened a few posts above yours. He says he initially wrote the post in word and probably made a mistake when he copied it from word to bitcointalk.
The post in question is now deleted so I guess the mods took care of that.

Issue resolved, just received PM from crwth stating it was an honest mistake also he has deleted his post, I believe most of the less harmful issues users gets punished for on the forum are just honest mistakes. I did make one or two of those mistakes myself when I was a new comer. Maybe we should engage in more of corrections instead of reporting at every given opportunity we see especially when the users have some pass record of decency.

crwt already explained his side of the story and let's just wait for MOD's decision as this was already reported but knowing crwt at our local board, i can vouch that he could not do such thing.
