To confirm KYC you need to go through the standard procedure by filling out a questionnaire and sending a photo of the documents.

Will profit be credited to investors' bank accounts or to a exchange account?

If I do not have a bank card in EURO, how can I make a profit?

Rokkex will receive profits in Fiat, so investors will also receive profit distribution in EURO or USD

What is Non-Standard Processing Fees?

I do not really understand what administrative costs are and why they are so expensive

This depends on our Payment Processor. These are not mandatory, but such services can be provided upon request in case there are issues with the payment.

When will you launch the DEMO version of your exchange?

I want to invest in your project, but I'm interested in looking at your MVP

DEMO is no more since we launched our production environment yesterday.
You can already start trading in our exchange! https://exchange.rokkex.com/

I think they have to offer a profit payment in exchange account as not all people work and live in Europe. Of course, if they plan to take ROKKEX exchange to worldwide at least.

Even if the investor is not in Europe, he will be able to make a profit on a dollar bank card opened in any bank in his country.

Hey! Sorry about that. Our demo is currently under maintenance.

Tell me the approximate date when the service will be completed? And this demo, it reflects the main features of your project? Or is it purely indicative, for visual inspection? I just saw a few projects that had, demo, alpha, beta versions of the projects, which later were radically different from what was presented to the community.

Often, developers are faced with problems in the development process and the platform can change the direction of its development. Let's see what happens

It happens that the development process drags on for a very long time. I hope rokkex will be able to fulfill all the plans for the roadmap

Bollocks they dont have nearly enough euros to sponsor forthcoming event in shanghai and pay a panel of speakers to come over there. Its not that simple, these garbage talks have much less in common with reality than I have in common with tow trucks. I say this, open ur ears to a credible proposition which I heard was already posted here. Its about making another ICO and extorting little money from u as a warrant of ur support.

What is the maximum commission for Fiat withdrawal?

If I withdraw a large amount of money, then I pay a percentage of the amount or a certain commission?

You pay a percentage of the transaction amount. But at the same time there is a maximum and minimum amount of commission fees

withdrawal - 0.9 EUR.

deposit - 0.005% (min 7.5 USD/EUR, max 300 USD/EUR)
withdrawal - 0.09% (min 15 USD/EUR).

I also believe that the profit should be credited to the exchange account. It is safer and more convenient for investors.

I think the exchange account is no different from a bank account.

The investor must choose on which account he should receive a well-deserved profit.

Why don't we IEO? IEO is currently quite hot and it helps us mobilize capital faster and less costly.
STO is now a form of capital mobilization which is quite bad. I have witnessed many projects using STO and most of these projects have only achieved softcap such as Bitbond.

IEO is not legal in the United States, so investors from the United States are not allowed to invest in IEO.

STO protects the interests of both the project itself and investors

If US citizens did not invest in the ROKKEX project, then there will be no problems with the SEC.

The project does not conduct IEO, all responsibility lies with the cryptocurrency exchange

It depends on the currency and block-time. It can take anywhere from minutes to 1 hour.

You can create an account and check the interface even without the KYC. You simply won't be able to trade.

Of course, you can find some screenshots here: https://medium.com/@rokkex/cryptocurrency-exchange-by-cybersecurity-professionals-launched-ae0cff95305a

What kind of ICO are you talking about?

The ROKKEX project conducts STO and guarantees a profit for its investors. ROKKEX has official registration and a license for its activities.

Sometimes I have to wait about an hour to confirm transactions in bitcoin

It all depends on the processing time of the transaction on the blockchain. It takes about 60 minutes to receive 6 confirmations from the Bitcoin blockchain.
