Even though I don't understand what you mean by "Upgrade", but I will give a little opinion.
And what I see in developments in the Ethereum market is moving well now and slowly increasing and adjusting the bitcoin movement which is always increasing even though it's slow.

I think everything has its time, almost all coins depend on Bitcoin ... Hopefully, you're correct. Although Ethereum has been gaining some value in the past several weeks, it's growth have been back and forth and slow nonetheless. Although it's around 175 dollars currently, and 200 dollars is just a meager 25 dollars away; it might have the chance to reach that but in terms of how much time it needs, that can be all up for discussion. However, I am hoping  that it would climb up to that value and more if possible because many people, like myself, is a supporter of Ethereum and has been in it ever since. So, if that gain would happen, it would surely help the many people who are supporters of the coin.

This will take place this year to see what happened with ETH and BTC but I am interested to see the new prices that will appear to be invested in the future.

The current market value of ETH is $174 and we are just $26 dollars away from reaching the target which is literally nothing. The market is Bullish, Bitcoin is rising and there are great possibilities for ETH to even cross the said limit. Users and investors are increasingly optimistic about ethereum's future, especially the large transaction volume and can reach $ 7 billion per day certainly makes the opportunity to skyrocket greater.

The network upgrade (constantinople) was done but it's likely to see ethereum reaching $200 very soon. As bitcoin rises, ethereum will definitely follow this pump that bitcoin is doing though sometimes it isn't.

It will easily reach that price, I'm very optimistic with that.
