Not only $200 but $400+ and i think because too of improvement and development many whales now was eagerly want to hold their eth because they really know that it will give to them a big profit before this year will end and this is actually i do now(but im not a big investor )

What do you mean upgrade? Do you mean uptrend of it? Of course, ETH will follow if bitcoin will go up also. It's like this, bitcoin will go up first, then alts will go down because it is asymmetrical but that just the perspective of bitcoin. And when bitcoin stops going up, alts will follow the trend.
