Lauda using red trust as a weapon to silence those differ from her politically

As per the forum policies, red trust is a punishment given to those who try to scam others. Most of the admins here are unbiased, and use red trust only when there is sufficient proof that an user is trying to scam someone.

But the case is different with the extreme-leftist cabal led by Lauda. If they notice that someone is on the opposite side of the political divide, then they'll use the silliest reasons to nuke that account.

Seven months back, I was red trusted by Lauda, for bumping the ANN thread. I wasn't trying to scam, and explained it to her. But no use. As per the forum rules, thread bumping and spamming are not liable for red trust. At the most, they can be banned for 7 days or 14 days. But Lauda makes her own rules and used this as an excuse to destroy my account. And my case is very unique. Others who did the same escaped without any punishment, and I was the only one who received red trust.

I am not begging anyone to remove my red trust, because I know that it was given to me in an unfair manner. I am making this post, to make others aware of what is going on here. For the past 2-3 years, this forum has become a place to bully and blackmail, thanks to certain high ranking users.

Lauda is not an "admin" but a member of DT, which is quite different than a staff member.  You've been around here since 2012 and don't know this fact?

Besides, after looking at the reference link Lauda provided, there was more to the story than just some thread-bumping scheme.  Personally, I don't tag professional ANN bumpers, but it's a shady practice and I don't fault Lauda for negging you. 

Trust isn't moderated here, by the way--and that's also something you should know if you've been here almost since the beginning.  Mods aren't going to get involved with any issues of trust.  Also, this isn't a matter of "differ[ing] from her politically".  Bumping ANN threads for the purpose of keeping them at the top of the page isn't allowed, and it's dishonest.  That's why you got tagged.

The admin made it clear in a post,

Logged-out users will now see a warning in trust-enabled sections if more DT members neg-trust the topic starter than positive-trust him.

This increases the responsibility of DT members not to give negative trust for stupid reasons, but only for things that cause you to believe that the person is a scammer.

So I think anyone who is leaving red trust or left red trust, they need to reconsider their action since trust is not moderated.

Also if anyone directly did not scam anyone but have red trust then the below warning becomes less relevant.

I agree negative trust for this is undeserved, unless there's more to it I'm not seeing. I'd leave negative trust for providing this services for a known scam project for example but not in general.
The punishment for providing a service to basically spam should be handled by a moderator/admin instead of DT.

Lauda is a leftist?  I don't believe I know what her political views are.  But if she's indeed a leftist and inclined to red-tag folks with opposing points of view, she missed me and quite a few other conservatives around here.  I've never hidden my political beliefs, and they clearly lay right of center.    

The comment left in review is unambiguous, and doesn't seem to support your claim that it's political retaliation.  The reference link points to a thread that shows her review is accurate.

You can argue that the review is undeserved, or tagging folks for bumping ANN threads is frivolous, or your bumping posts aren't spam, or any other rational argument.  But suggesting she's retaliating against you for your political beliefs, then presenting no evidence to support your claim only serves to undermine your credibility.

I have remembered your case clearly. Don't always give reference of forum rules, its limited use. Where is limit if rules there is apply of trust.

However, I think your feedback's is excusable and you should follow this thread , this isn't subject discuss on meta, so please move it on reputation. Your greedy behaviour turn your account in red. As a legendary you should know the rules bumping service is against forum rules. Why that time you forgot about rules and now you are using rules reference once you got tag.

You don't need to begging, you just need to provide valid reason why are you think your feedback's is unfair. That's it.

Conclusion: Lauda should reconsider that negative feedback of OP since I believe this is excusable mistake and OP got lesson from it.

I get you're frustrated but you can't accuse her of abusing the trust system for political views if you don't have any proof whatsoever. At least you didn't leave a fake retaliation negative as a lot of users do.
You should try calmly explaining your case instead of attacking and making false accusations. That would be a much better approach.

That being said, I will leave a counter positive trust on your profile unless I get more information from Lauda or somebody else that makes me change my mind.

Immediately after realizing that I had violated the forum policies against bumping / spamming, I had apologized. Yeah... accusing of political vendetta may backfire on me. People may ignore the merit of my complaint and concentrate on that part. But it is frustrating, to be part of the forum for so long (back in 2015-16, I was among the top-10 users with the maximum post count) and then the account getting destroyed for one mistake.

You can have multiple account in the forum however you can not be in the same signature campaign with your alts. Also you can not send merit to your alts.

That should not be the case. Of course having multiple accounts doesn't deserve negative trust. However abuse does.
Do provide an example of accounts being tagged just for belonging to the same person, without any abuse.
