Thiago really looked small in their face off. He tried to intimidate Jon but the champ just doesn't care. We'll see how the first two rounds goes, if Thiago can move well and defend those take downs, he got a better chance to beat Jones.

Except the clever one has to have might to execute a fight plan. Jones is a clever fighter, long arms and legs that he use in the ring. Thiago is a might bastard but that alone can't be a fighting chance what he need is a lucky punch to knock out Jones. But who knows. Still rooting for Jones.

As long as Holm can avoid take downs and outbox Nunez, she could win this fight.

I bet Santos will gas out trying to knock Jones out and he will take him down and will finish him on the ground by ground and pound.
I am watching the fight live and really excited to see Ben Askren and Masvidal, Holly Holmes and Amanda Nunes and how Luke Rockhold will perform at 205 pounds and i hope he gets knocked out again in this division  .

My picks are Ben, Holmes, Jones. All the prelims are over and i am disappointed with the performance of Gilbert Melendez and Ismail Naurdiev while
Marlon Vera performed well and Claudia Gadelha went to a decision.

Holy Shit Ben Askren got knocked out in 5 seconds in the very first round and it is a UFC record  
Luke Rockhold got knocked out cold moving in a higher division and it is best for him to retire from MMA and concentrate on modelling as he keeps on getting knocked out every fight. Expecting more knockouts in the next two fights.
Big title talks from Ben and Luke Rockhold and both slept well inside the cage .

It was a crazy fight card and Jon Jones won by split decision even with Thiago Santos injuring his knee in the first round, the power of Thiago Santos was evident and Jones was cautious even though he was injured, i wonder what if Santos could do if his knee did not gave away in the first round 
Ben Askren getting knocked out in 5 seconds with a flying knee when he went for his legs which was crazy
Amanda knocking out Holly Holmes with her trademark head kick
Luke Rockhold getting knocked out was expected as he could not handle 185 pounds power how can he handle 205 pounds  .

Never expected Jones and Santos to be that close. Great showing for both fighters.

@ Saint-loup: The fight was not that close, the first round was close and the last round was close but the rest of the fight Jones was dominating and the judges messed this up giving a split decision, Santos was really struggling to stand properly from the first round but he stood his ground but Jones was always pressing forward.

Rockhold is a wash up now.

Yeah i agree with Rockhold and his glass chin after Bisping knocked him out he is a different fighter now.
