Conor McGregor posted a new video today showing that his knee surgery has been completed and he is now on the road to recovery. His comeback has officially started, not that anyone is happy with the way his last fight went. Maybe he will redeem himself next year, but I don’t put high hopes on that dream.
For whatever reason that injury was there, I think in full body contact sports there is hardly a way at that age to fully recovery both mentally and physically. You can see football players drop at least one level after severe injuries and I can only imagine how much trust you would lose in your body when an injury happens the way it happened to McGregor. It's different afterwards and he already had that broken foot years ago. If he comes back, everyone will be counting down every second and then every round his body is still intact and the biggest problem about it is, he will do the same most likely.
Since the Internet was full of those analytical videos trying to figure out whether this injury existed before the fight or not, was there ever a reasonable verdict from a reliable source?
