To be honest, does anyone really expect his return and good performance? I doubt if the fight will really happen and we wont get last minute replacement. Opponent choice is strange too. Why not Chandler? He was promised that fight long time ago. They must have fought after being coaches in Ultimate Fighter. Besides, Max has more chances to finish Conor that Chandler. It will be a return to get ass kicked.

Conor is taking much drugs and drinking much whisky. There also rumors that he has a sexually transmitted disease from a woman. If he needs more money, this certainly because he is spending more than he can afford. I am not implying that he is bankrupt. He has much assets. However, what he needs is cash because he might have a cash liquidity problem and 2 fights in the UFC will certainly solve this problem hehe.

On Max, you say that there are more chances that he will finish Conor. However, this also implies that Max is a more difficult challenge and the brave Conor has signed the contract!

Apparently I don’t know if this news of Conor taking drugs are really true and valid which I know nothing about, but I can consider a situation where someone is going through something and he can only find comfort in alcohol and drugs, but I’m not supporting such things are really good, well I don’t know how his financial situation is right now, it can be true that he is probably bankrupt and we can also think and suggest that none of that is true because we don’t know about Conor’s finances and personal life, and everything people are talking about might just be some rumors, you never can tell, but personally I’m more interested in the fight against Max and I feel it’s going to be an interesting fight, and I’m excited with the matchup.

I reckon that if Conor will stop the drugs and the drinking of alcohol, he can defeat Max Holloway and have the bad motherfucker title! Conor is stronger and quicker, however, the problem of his is the stamina. He is very tired easily. But I am still predicting a victory for Conor with a knockout! The jaw of Max has been broken by the big headed Topuria already!

A big win for Song Yadong this weekend. He submitted Deiveson Figueiredo in the 2nd round and earned the performance of the night bonus. That guillotine choke didn't look very tight from the outside and I thought Figueiredo had it under control, but he tapped out.
What's next for Song? I think they will match him up with someone from the top 3 contenders: Dvalishvili, Nurmagomedov or O'Malley. Or maybe he'll get a rematch with Sandhagen. I think the UFC will try to prop him up to win more views from the Chinese market, unless Paramount doesn't operate there.

Pavlovich also gave a good performance. It's been a while since his last KO win, but he still remembers how to do it. He completed the task in under 40 seconds and I don't think Taixeira even attempted a single punch. Who knows, maybe he will get another shot at the title if Tom is not back from his eye injury. Pavlovich Vs Pereira, or even Pavlovich Vs Gane could be a fun fight to watch.

With all respect to Yadong, imho he will always be top4 no matter who are top1-3 and champion. That is his maximum until generation changes in bantamweight. He has beaten everyone except Yan, O'Malley, wont beat Dvalishvili and Nurmagomedov. Those 4 will gamble belt between themselves and fight between themselves until retirement. Kinda a guy who will always be one step from becoming champ but never would be one.

I think the UFC really wants the fight between Connor and Oliveira to happen. Because whoever wins that fight will probably fight for BMF again. And it would be the UFC's dream if it were Connor and Oliveira; I think the audience for that fight would explode, second only to a rematch between Connor and Khabib.

You described the thirst for drama among boxing promoters pretty well. The weird thing about drama in fighting sports is that it feeds into their long term interest anyway. There is big beef among promoters, then the promoters set up a fight and in a best case that fight is between one fighter that was stolen by White from Hearn, and one fighter that was stolen by Hearn from White. Eventually both will be making big bucks.

It's about honouring contracts I think. Only because one promoter can pay more than the other doesn't justify that the less paying promoter must let his fighter go despite a valid contract. It's really drama about nothing and yet there is competition and flashing ivories everywhere because it makes them money.

Cant wait to get more info on Toms eye injury. At least he has back to training. UFC heavyweight division has still too many questions about fate of champions belt. Tom got injured more than 7 months ago. Again division is on pause. Pereira and Gane are fighting in 11 days, and I hope the winner will be the next to challenge champion when he returns. Gane vs Aspinall 2 - really hope that this fight will happen (but tbh, Gane does not deserve to get third chance to fight for belt). Pereira vs Aspinall - also wish to watch if it happens.

He's been struggling financially for some time and considers himself a spender, but since he knows how to sell fights, he's always managed to stay afloat. Just think of the fight with Floyd, which he only wanted for the money because he's never made that kind of money in the UFC. Floyd himself is having financial problems, which is why he's also been back fighting a few fights to save money.

I am preparing to watch big Jun 15 event in White House, this could be one of the best events this year with amazing fights in so many categories.

Let me ask you this question. I don't know if you watch football but I'll assume you watch or at least know these two guys, Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi. How much money do they own? Especially Cristiano Ronaldo? Billions of dollars and yet, he trains extremely hard every day to play football. Messi isn't as rich as Ronaldo but he also trains extremely hard. What I want to say is that money isn't everything, the fame and popularity is a high that money can't give you and high that he gets from that white shit, isn't real while the high he gets from when he gets praised and highlighted during fight, is real and alive.

It is hard to believe how these three digit multimillionaires might be burning through their cash, but I have read about it too and I can imagine there is some truth to it. Too many assets that raise your monthly expenses and those expenses are not in the thousands, they are potentially in the hundreds of thousands per month. Yachts, real estate with I don't know how many pools and saunas and what not. They would either have to let go some of their assets or take on another fight.

However, when you bring up Floyd, I think financially he was in a different league for a return fight or other spectacular fights. He made between $250 and $300 million per fight against Pacquiao in 2015 and McGregor in 2017. What I never fully understood is why Floyd made so much more money from that fight than McGregor, or were they equally paid? As far as I remember, Floyd had much better terms back then.

You might be correct on Conor and his financial situation, however, the comparison of this with Ronaldo and Messi is headshaking. These are different people who do not sniff cocaine heheheh! Also, they have not retired and became very careless with their lifestyle.

In any case, it was only a speculation and I might be wrong. However, there is certainly an argument that Conor is low on liquid cash.

That a wrong comparison. Football and UFC/MMA should not be equally compared. Biggest reason is fan base. If we do not count how much Conor and Ronaldo have earned from their sport contracts, then have a look how much they possibly earn with their business. Conor and his Proper 12 (he has sold his share) and Ronaldo and his CR7 parfum and clothes. There are more football fans than drinkers Not to mention how much Nike contract pay Ronaldo annually.

Ok, lets take a look on your picks. I am kinda busy (lazy tbh:D) checking fights where there are obvious underdog and huge favorite, and women, so lets skip them.

Mitchel vs Luna. Chairez vs Silva. These fights have close chances of winning their fights.

Picking Luna looks tempting, 8-0 and 7 of them are finishes. But he is super young. Only 21. Mitchel on the other hand is more experienced, but has zebra record in last fights. However he has way more experience. Lost only to Topuria, Silva and Emmett (but Mitchel came as replacement, maybe he wasnt prepared well). I agree with your Mitchel Pick. Next lineup. I think you took Chairez because he has less losses recently than Silva Only logic that works in this prediction. Hard to make right prediction here because they are flyweight. They can do anything, land million strikes and still not be able to knockout will their pillow. Submission is only option. But then Silva is a favorite, as he has got a black belt in bjj
