Let's just accept the fact that since Bitcoin isn't considered as a local or international currency, we still need to convert it to fiat just to make use of it. Though we want to use it as Bitcoin, there are still lots of things that we have to consider. Most establishments don't consider it so we are still required to convert it but it doesn't mean that we aren't giving importance to the real function of it.

There's nothing wrong with measuring Bitcoin's value relatively to fiat currencies, discussing the price, trying to get rich by investing in Bitcoin and so on - this is how freedom looks like, people are doing things that you might or might not like. Saying one Bitcoin is equal one Bitcoin is not very useful, because it's just a tautology, it doesn't have any meaning. Or, if you mean that Bitcoin doesn't lose value like unlimited supply currencies, then you must also face the fact that unlike with fiat currencies, Bitcoin's value is quite unpredictable as of now - you can lose or gain some percentage of your value at any moment. Also, being deflationary might have negative effects like people not wanting to spend it and instead hoarding it, which will make it harder for Bitcoin economy to grow.

Bitcoin is money and money has no practical intrinsic value. Fiat or Bitcoin, doesn't matter, it's just money and it's only valuable because people need it to exchange goods easier in our societies or to invest it to accumulate even more money.
Manipulation exists everywhere, a change like that from fiat to bitcoin as main currency would just create a lot of trouble and mess in our economies, in the end the result would be just a more volatile economy (with manipulation anyway).

This is because everything is priced in fiat though. Heck, even fiat is always paired with other fiat. That's just how the world currently works, and I don't think it will ever change outside a complete overhaul of the global economic system.

But yeah, for as long as Bitcoin is used as an investment asset, people will never stop focusing on its monetary value. That's not even strictly a bad thing, because everyone should be able to do what they want with it.

People only accept bitcoin because of the fiat value behind it, it`s quite sad, Also fiat can buy it all so what is the point of a limited supply when you can buy it all with fiat again? Until and unless other centralized currencies rule over the globe, it could be difficult for bitcoins to be bitcoins. Bitcoins now are a mean of decentralized payments without enrolling any of the governments in the payments system so there surely might be governments who would never like the existence of bitcoins and might run behind shutting it down.

Bitcoins needs more dominance and once bitcoins reached great heights and it would get much challenging for anyone to shut them down as bitcoins will get stronger themselves. Bitcoins might get accepted as bitcoins in the community in the upcoming years as the demand for them will meet sky.

I don't think it's necessarily a problem related to your government because that's not what's stoping companies and merchants to start accepting bitcoin. Bitcoin is not yet regulated in many countries and even so a few of them already accept bitcoin in their shops,even though the number of that shops is very small.

Almost each of the individual thinks so. Each one of us wants bitcoins to be legalized in our own respected nations and could be used as a source of governed payment system but it could be the most challenging task. I personally want that the use of bitcoins should be maximized so that more and more peoples could find out about bitcoins and can invest into.

The price for bitcoins might then hike up as the mass amount of peoples would invest into them. Bitcoins need to have vast demand as it did in the mid 2017. The ever growing demand can make the bull markets come closer which might even lead to get bitcoins in the maximum usage.
