Aye

So when is the poll closing? I think the vote in favor is way beyond the margin of error now.

Wouldn't it be more fair if only those which have donated to the said bounty could vote?
I didn't contribute so I don't feel like I get to say anything.

There's no way to tell who donated.

28 people had casted their votes. Comeon, I know that isn't everybody.

Did the original bounty post list all the requirements clearly?

If it did, count the met number of requirements then count the total number of requirements. Multiply the bounty by that ratio Smiley

It seems that the video was so good that it doesn't matter if it doesn't meet the requirements.

YES! They should get that money - it's one of the better infoporn videos out there for any topic.

Also, is it too late to donate some BTC to the bounty? Should I just send it to the address in the bounty thread, or is that address invalid now?

Don't do that. Send bitcoin to the address I listed in this thread.

Just sent out now.

Yes, there could be, by signing some message with the private key of the sending bitcoin address.
I think there are some tools out there to extract the private keys from your wallet.

Perhaps somebody should develop a site that help deal with the bounty process.

I'm not really into democracy, so I'm not going to vote.   I thought they did a fantastic job with the video, however.  I was really impressed.

It seems like the people who contributed the money should get to decide.  I understand that there was an escrow account set up and people anonymously donated, but I thought the lion's share of the bounty came from publicly stated donations from a few individuals.  Shouldn't they simply get to decide whether the video lived up to their expectations?  However, if they agree to let the community decide that is their choice.

I agree that the bounty process needs to be stream-lined.

I've just contributed to the bounty so that I could meaningfully vote yes.
