I was big time believer of NEO after ethereum i thought NEO will be the platform will largely used for smart contract creation . As like some of the projects use NEO platform like Ontology became huge hit even though Neo is under rated or still trading under 10$ what is the reason behind this.

now a lot of money move to bitcoin, so altcoins price will down, but for a good project like NEO
i think, this down price only for a while,, just increase your patience, and you will see NEO price back above $10 again mate

I think that's exactly what's happening--a lot of money people are using for crypto investment is being funneled into bitcoin and out of altcoins.  I've definitely seen that happen a number of times in the past, and what that tells me is that now might be a great time to buy some decent alts, and NEO is one of them.  In fact, I just purchased a few the other day on Binance and can't withdraw them yet because of the hack.

OP, I wouldn't worry so much about short-term price movements like this.  NEO is a solid altcoin, and it's one of a very small handful that I actually own.  The crypto market is extremely volatile and sometimes prices just sink like this.  I'd say buy some more NEO if you have some extra money, but at the very least don't sell in a panic.  The price will recover.

But is called as Chinese version of etheteum also it had a rumour of Chinese government support now i don't see any stone support for neo how can believe it will grow like previous . Any proper insight on this coin

I can't really say what exactly is happening to neo but I think the price of the coin is falling because of competition, the competition we now have in the crypto space is so much and it's dividing the attention of investors to focus on so many coin making it difficult for a coin to grow so much in price this days until they can come up with something new in the market to make the investors take their eyes off other projects and focus on the neo blockchain.

Judging by the fact that the price of Bitcoin is rising while the price of almost all altcons either drops or slightly increases, you should think about buying some coins of those projects that can be called promising and strong, like NEO. Perhaps the price that we see now is the lowest and in the future it will only grow.

Neo and waves were in competition before but now it is going down more and more everyday.  I invested in Neo end of 2017 and I do make little profits when selling in January 2018. I believe it is going to recover and it might not be this second quarter but the third quarter of the year.

It's not underrated but it has lost its rated due to the bad development progress that created by NEO foundation and look at the fact how so many project buiilds in NEO has been massively moving their platform towards another smartcontract platform. Another dump will come for NEO and this will be back into the medium or even shitty coin. Sell your NEO before its too late.
I have warned everyone about this. NEO comes to its end.

It is the worst time for altcoins now. 
There is one recommendation for all altcoin holders: HODL! Soon you will see also growth of these coins. We only need to see that Bitcoin confirm the upcoming bull market.

NEO project is really attract the many investors so still all are holding the coin. But If you feel it will never move to forward in future it is your expectation. This month is good to raise all the crypto so wait and see this month or your wish. I think end of the year many altcoins are growing well so end of the year some positive update is possible.

Some platforms, for some reason, have not made a significant improvement for the last 2 years. NEO is one of them. Could not make the necessary development. Like ADA, ETH and some other coins.

Selling alts now at current price IMHO not a great IDEA. Even not very successful alts will start to grow when altseason will come. Hold NEO for a long time and stoped HODL because I don't see any new projects on their blockchain, and look like newcomers will beat them.

NEO is still the same project, and it's a good project based on my evaluation.
The price currently is just due to the long bear run, you cannot just look at NEO, most altcoins dropped, even ETH now trading at over 100 usd when during the bull run, it was able to trade over $1,000.

NEO's AT was around $160 usd, dropped to $10 now (rounded), it's the same trend that happens to ETH as well.

I've never thought of this downtrend has its cause because of China's issues regarding crypto. It is a market design, in fact, for how many times that China banned crypto but still, prices go up and down.

Just relax and neo will rise again, but for now the value is under $10 but I believe to the NEO that will turn back to $100 this year.

They need a lot of new projects on their blockchain. Now I don't see any projects there. There are very few news about them. Hope they will change their PR politics.
