It seems that you upgrade and flash it to the 2019 firmware?

You can't downgrade this miner through webGUI and you don't have access on SSH because the 2019 firmware is SSH disabled.

What you need to do is to make a SD card program recovery to flash it through SD card.

Follow this guide from here S9 series (S9, S9i, S9j, S9 Hydro) Control Board Program Recovery.

If you are not using 2019 firmware then this https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5090664.msg48938476#msg48938476 will help you go pass the

Code:
Cannot Find Signature

However if you are using 2019 firmware then you have to follow bitmaxz advice as it is the only way to flash your miner now, when flashing is done - if the problem still persist , let us know.

Did it and nothing , same problem.
i tried to switch hash boards with working s9 , same result - cant see the boards in the status page.

Did you follow the guide that I already posted above?

You should follow it so that it will force the firmware to flash through SD card and then you can flash it again with s9 2017 firmware which is SSH enabled you are currently using the latest version of s9(2019 firmware) this firmware will disable your access to SSH and you can't downgrade them through web GUI you will always receive this error "Cannot Find Signature" while downgrading. That is why I suggesting you flash it through SD card.

Read my post here: Click My Post

Note the 2nd method should s9 firmware.

As you said above you already tested it by switching working hashboard from other working s9 so it means your hashboards are fine you don't need to buy a PICKit 3. Your problem is in your control board possible program corrupted or a hardware issue.

Did you tried my suggestion above "Flashing the miner with SD card"? Maybe you didn't click the link that I put above so I will put it here as a naked URL below.

https://support.bitmain.com/hc/en-us/articles/360019493654-S9-series-S9-S9i-S9j-S9-Hydro-Control-Board-Program-Recovery

Also, try to run the miner only one hashboard you follow the  guide from here https://support.bitmain.com/hc/en-us/articles/226142788-Test-hash-board-one-by-one.

And update here if what happened.

If all my suggestion doesn't work the final solution is to replace the control board from working s9 control board.
