There are many traders in exchanges and they are trading their bitcoin all the time not necessarily leaving bitcoin altogether. That can be normal buying and selling at the same time so there is nothing new with that. Now, it would be difficult if no one will be selling bitcoin even the traders. This is just part of the dynamics of the market. Bitcoin for sure is growing strong at this moment and there is that big chance that it can go up more into the so-called "moon" like what many are saying.

Many people who sell bitcoins at the same time buy them, and the fact that they sell does not mean that they just want to get rid of their coins. There is nothing wrong in having a trade, there will be people booking profits and people buying all the time, so what do you think is a optimal situation, a situation where people only buy bitcoin  , if that is the case we will see the price of bitcoin going high all the time and that is not a realistic situation in any market situation, glad that there is a huge liquidity and nothing else, if there is no liquidity in the market, the entire market will stall.

If people only buy BTC then there is nobody who is selling. To buy crypto on exchanger someone form the other side has to give sell order.

How that affects the price?

Price would be stable in this case ,as nobody is buying or selling so price is not changing.

Yes we should definitely have a clear understanding as that is what will help us make sure-shot decisions. The people who abandon bitcoin are generally those who are afraid of btc and of the fact that it went down from $19k to $3k. These are the ones who don't understand how bitcoin works and that it can also rise from $1k to $19k. At the end, only those who believe in the technology and hold their coins are the ones who really get the profits.
Yes there are some who temporarily sell their coins to make gains on the short spikes but then that's a different thing. I would say that every opportunity to buy bitcoin should be grabbed and we should accumulate as much btc as we can.

In that case, the decision will depend in your hand. For whatever could be the outcome of it, you shouldn't regret anyway, besides its choice anyway, right? But if you will listen to my advise, since the bitcoin performance so far was quite good in the market, I guess it is good to buy more of it then hold em in a long term, in my opinion only.

All depends on the purpose of your trade, if you want to invest for the long term with the highest target price ever achieved you may enter for now because prices are still below the highest price, but for the short term I think when the market is bearish it is a good time to buy at the lowest price.
