I bet there is a large percentage of users here who have the same experience as you do.
Yes, one of them is me. Being too innocent at the start and not thinking that much yet.
But I do believe those wrong steps made us what we are now. So it is still worth the experience.

Main source for investing is of course hard cash. Just buy bitcoin in a local shop and then do it over and over again every month.
But then I stop for some time just so I could give myself something new. Things, foods and other stuffs that makes me happy.
After that, back again to investing. It already became like a job. 

I usually use some of my profits in bounty campaigns to buy potential coins for my investment. I never used my hard earned money from my own salary and those from savings just for my investment. I make sure i only use my extra money so that if i lose, it will not create too much troubles on me.

I agree with you mate, after all we got it free but at the same time, we still need to consider our time and effort and no waste in it investing in projects that are not cool. Time is money and those who use their time well are the ones counted as successful people when they are able to transfer it into money.

Working on bounty campaign and using it to fund our investment is more or less like we investing what we can afford to lose because if we consider what bounty pays now, it is something we can easily cuff out of our pocket, but at least whatever we get from bounty will still make our cash stay in our pocket.

Using your income in bounty campaign at this situation now seems not good anymore.
The market now is not so favorable for ICO so bounty hunters would not be earning based on the amount of their expectation.
Maybe in the past it's possible, but my technique in the past is I just hold my bounty tokens and wait until they pump.

I used to depend on my earning in cryptoworld and reinvest it every time the market is cheap which is good because I'm not spending my personal money. In the time that I needed to put money because bitcoin is cheap than ever, then I probably use all my savings just to buy bitcoin because I know i can gain more profit on that move.

just like you, I did bounty hunting and got a few points from there that I could exchange to etherum and then to fiat. if there is a good moment, even I don't sell etherum that I got earlier, I will hodl. if the right moment to sell, then I will immediately convert it to fiat.

I've got to invest very few of my real life money into crypto as I've had a 9 to 9 job before and I used to invest a very small part when BTC was affordable to buy (when it was sub $1k). I didn't use credit card ever even if the site promised that they won't save any of my data (not even my name) as I used to remain conscious all the time. I had a group of traders over Telegram and Whatsapp with whom I kept in touch with, to trade BTC (whether buy or sell). Can't use credit cards. My bank is kind off strict when it comes to these things. Even imposed a fee for cash-outs from exchanges. Whatever few times I invested was from cash.

Traded a bit in my first few months but got tired of it. Pulled out all bitcoins from exchanges before the fork and they've all stayed in the wallet since then.

Good way to value your investment since you are placing your hard earned money, you will try to make a better use of this industry to fulfill your future financial freedom, the market had a lots to offers  only those who have a strong plans to achieved will patiently wait and keep investing their money, don't waste your chance as you can put parts of your earnings to this market and wait for the big bumped up.

I am not much different from you because I can get the capital to invest in bitcoin is to collect little by little from the results I followed a bounty project so far, although I still have to wait longer to buy bitcoin but if we are sure and not wrong choice with a project that will be able to get the capital to invest in bitcoin, to be honest I am investing in bitcoin I have never bought it directly with the money I have or use a credit card but if I invest in altcoin I use personal money because at that time the market situation was dumping massively and the price of all coins is very cheap.

I have not been really into investing though I have some stocks with a premiere banking firm here in my country, which i just left in my broker's site idle for some years now. What made me excited into investing is cryptocurrency but unfortunately it was not bitcoin but a scamming project called TheBillionCoin which by name itself really sounded so dubious. Okay, I was still innocent and naive at the time. Soon, I meet bitcoin and it was not yet that pricey at the time but because I was not convinced that it can go sky-high I just bought some.

The main source of the money I invested with bitcoin comes from doing online job with a platform where we are allowed to post in many forums in exchange for some points and the those points can be converted to real money anytime.

I just started investing in Bitcoin from 2017 where the hiatus of it's price is so hot. The source of my investment is from my debit card and it was not that big amount that I invest. Now I still buy some Bitcoin since the price is cheaper.

I borough some money, and though I did not use a credit card, I did use credit cards to buy groceries and the like, and buy bitcoin with my cash.

Actually, initially, my family has helped me financially. Even later on I joined some numbers bounty which helped me a bit for the investment. But now I'm totally a horror Because it is not possible to approach next investment for me.

still lucky your family supports financially, so they have the capital to invest. if we are not sure now, of course I suggest not being forced. better looking for gifts from the bounty campaign

For newbies, I think they have no choice now than to look for personal fund from their traditional bank savings to invest in quality projects if they really want to partake in cryptocurrency investment because it will be very difficult for them to get any campaign that will give them money for investment again.

For already existing investors, I think they just need to be using the profit they get from their already existing projects to be doing turn over as they also cannot get much bounty reward that will be enough for them to be able to make any major investment or trade.

The investments I made now on Bitcoin is based on the coins I've earned in the past. I do earn some of my bitcoins to signature campaign but I am not using it and just saving it in my bitcoin wallet. I am also working so if I have an opportunity to buy bitcoin at a lower price, I don't hesitate to do that. I already have regrets about not trusting the movement of Bitcoin.

If think bounty nowadays does not give good return unless you hit the jackpot and get the right bounty . So I think either campaign is a good option or trading which can help you earn money and then investment can be done .
