I don't think it is good idea but you already did so just concentrate on your crypto trading and try to make more profits from it.But also have some other source of income to survive when the market is too bad to make profits.

I guess for those professional trader there no bad market for them, every market condition can give him profit as long as they know the movement price. So as they will dare to quite their job because trading is an easy way to gain money. I have a friend and maybe such OP, he left the job because the income of trading is more than he works in real life. Everyone has a reason to make a decision although for us it's hard decision but one thing that I feel from my friend is, he has known the risk of trading so as he he is free to choose trading for a source income.

I mean, I use both types of analysis
Fundamental includes the news of course. I do not keen on any news aggregator, just find it interesting to screen several sources a day. The major and reliable ones. Guess how the day starts

As for the news, there is a great quote: "Buy on rumors, sell on news". That is my principle

But what I rely more is rather tech one...

Yeah, that's a great advantage and a serious step at the same time. How much time was required for you to leave the job? Are you satisfied with the results?

What I feel the best about it is that finally you won't think of how much money to spend etc. You have your own trading business. You improve and enjoy  it. It requires brain and hard work, that makes the resutls better, You spend your free time in ANY manner you want due to lack of limitations. Guess you understand me.

You are very brave once decided to quit your job for the sake of trading in the crypto market. The most important thing that it brings you pleasure and of course profit. I also want to actively engage in trade so that I can leave my job. But so far I have not succeeded.

I also praise his actions as a brave act. hopefully not desperate, because trade is not an easy thing and has a big risk.

There are two things that can make you leave your current job and get into crypto and that are profit in crypto and risk taking ability. one important point we should remember in crypto trading is we should trade crypto when we are fundamental strong about any coin we choose and keep learning about new coins news and happening then only we can earn profits in crypto in trading

Yes, exactly if we have enough knowledge regarding the trading section and when our fundamentals are clear about the coins that time we will look for to trade. I must tell you the OP have all the trading skills and have aware of the current market situation. So basically it has all the capabilities which traders need. So does a great thing by the quitting job and giving priorities and time to their real work. Having experience of more than 12 years in trading and 4 years in crypto trading will definitely help the OP to get a deep understanding of the coins and its continuous movements. So finally whatever it takes the right decision of leaving the job for the passion. I hope OP will make huge profit in the upcoming time.

I can say that you made a wrong move by leaving your job.
According to me You shouldn't made trading your main profession.
Your job could have helped you to come back from losses that occurred during trading.
So in my opinion it's really a bad decision to leave your Job.
Moreover job can help you to earn extra money.
So before taking any decisions just think about it.

According to the current market price one should not quit his job because the current prices are high now and traders had eyes to invest first in bear market and they did so that is the reason they are now in profit. If you are person with not much assets then you should make sure starting with it only if you know how to drive. Opportunities are many even your job is also an excellent work but make sure first.
