1-Month Investment: ETH? BCH?

Hey guys, new to the forum!
Thinking of doing a short-term investment for fun, about 1 month or so. Was thinking I should buy either Etherum or Bitcoin Cash. I use Gemini so not all coins are available. Wanted to get some opinions from you vets

Ethereum for sure.If me personally would have to choose between ethereum and bitcoin cash i will preffer ethereum for sure.Ethereum is the second strongest cryptocurrency.Plus ethereum shows better price growth atleast compared to BCH

I agree. Ethereum is the best choice. For sure there will have a change of the price on the market though both re safe to keep. Why do not try to keep it until get profit though it less than a month, just saying. Try both if you have good amount to invest and see which coin can rise for a month.

I think it's better if the ethereum you buy holds at 1year or 6months because the potential is bigger that you can earn a longterm when you're in the short term with the possibility of lowering its price especially not the bitcoin control because the price is rapidly rising and the price is falling too quickly so if you just want to invest you will make sure your purchase of altcoins is longterm so that you will earn a great deal of hold of the longterm and have potential altcoins be careful of the choice because many scams are spreading altcoins.

It all depends from your amount of course, if you intend to invest at least a few thousand dollars, then I would invest in eth and in bch, now it’s hard to say when the next cryptocurrency growth will be, so it’s best to invest and hold at least a couple of months.

Both are good but i will prefer BCH. We all know BCH ATH in Dec 2017 ($4.355,62).So possible to comeback at that price again or more than 2017. It depend in you. You know BCH and ETH is big 3 coinmarketcap. So if you have enough money will more better to invest in both.

Eth is a stronger currency compared to bch, but it's hard to pick one, as both have a good potential on short run, if the market continues on this positive trend. If I were in doubt between these 2 options, I would split my money and pick both as an experiment.
Just to see which one perfom the best results, so I wouldn't regret later about not picking one or other.

BCH has value 397 US dollars right now while that of Ethereum is 243 US dollars which indicates that BCH has extra potential and is considered better than ETH. However, ETH has potential and can compete with BCH anytime because we have observed the price jumps of ETH in these few days.

Only one month invest won't give you anything, it's highly risky. Your investment could go down significantly in a month, but it seems ETH is a better option compared to BCH. ETH development has always been sustained, but BCH only forking and forking with new shitcoins. I'm sure it will fork again soon.

Both of them are unpredictable yet they can earn you some profit.
Usually I try to make sure by using simple MA 100 & 200 in week term to predict the trend.
Or you can use fibonaci for another advance analyzing

One month. I think you must consider also Bitcoin as one of the coin where you want to invest your money.

If you will choose between the two, I think Ethereum will be better compare to Bitcoin cash. Maybe you must be updated daily with these two coins because anytime they can spread a good news into the internet and that can make the price of either one of the coin rise therefore you can get a quick profit into it. Maybe you can try to invest them both with equal amount of money to invest or at least invest on both of them.

In terms of technology, Ethereum has a technology that is far superior to BCH and ETH coins still have great potential for future development. In fact, every coin has its own value and these 2 coins are very different in comparison so I can't be sure which coin will be better but if it can survive long in this market then that coin will have a higher chance of winning. I will personally choose these 2 coins as a long-term investment but will sell when I get good returns

There is risk in every investment whether it is in crypto or any real business. You have to think for a short term trade but if there is any situation of loss, you may hold for long term. Hence no one can say that a certain coin or token can give you only profits within one month.

Is your main goal to get profits/ROI? I would suggest to go with ETH as it's more stable and the technology is promising. How about splitting your portfolio in both eth and bch to get the feel of what's right?

I would definitely go for ETH, because it has not shown such a growth as BTC and it is the natural law that if BTC makes x2, ETH should make more than x2 for the same time period, but it has not happened yet.

one month I think that is a short-term investment maybe you can consider bitcoin, but if the choice between eth and bch I think eth has more potential to rise and maybe better than one month or waiting for higher prices,it can provide more profit.

If you want to go for extremely short term investment, then go for Bitcoin. Because the other coins are extremely volatile and they can go down by 20% or 30% in a week very easily. And if that happens, you will be forced to sell your coins at a cheap rate and will incur losses. But even for Bitcoin, I wouldn't recommend such short duration.

Of course go with eth its chart looks like a pump on the way. Bch is a risky coin. Also i heard some news about bch chain got an attack today with %51. So it is even riskier now.

Most times i prefer to go for the coin of lesser in price, but with more potential. Looking at these attributes, ethereum firs in more.
Also considering the development of platform, ethereum has more of the prospect. Future developments are also underway. Therefore, i would go for ethereum.

Both choices will be wrong. These are the cryptocurrencies which are not going to pump as soon as these are reliable cryptos.
They will grow steadily. If the guy wants to make "fast money" he should better find cheap alts with low market capitalization. If you feel the hype is starting around some of these tokens, pay attention to them: the probability of their growth will be high.

If it’s for fun then you can try either of the two ! Am sure you would not need the money so soon even after one month because you might be in either profit or loss no one knows what will happen at that time. So bear that in mind.

BCH got more price growth since the beginning of this year when compared to ethereum so BCH might be the wise choice if your investment time is only one month.

BCH is quite overbought and could dump anytime soon, so it is quite too risky to gamble with BCH now, I would rather prefer to make use of ETH as alternative to bitcoin because bitcoin would have been the best choice, but because the enquiry is based on these 2 coins, Eth will still give better and more reliable profit than BCH.

The growth you have been seeing in BCH is typically full response to the call of bitcoin through it bull run and not because it was naturally growing, how then can you trust a coin that solely depend on bitcoin, and why would I go for the slave when I can go for the master that would benefit me more. So I will rather choose BTC over these 2.

I recommend that it is much better to make your biggest investment in Bitcoin or Ethereum, if you have Bitcoin it is much better because it is currently rising little by little, this is because they have an increasingly large volume of purchases, making the market in general begin to climb little by little and the altcoins accompany you.
