This is a listing of ASIC equipment of various crypto flavors. sha-256,scrypt-pow,etc etc. That are still selling stuff, mostly as pre-order, as of May 24th, 2015.

Some (most) of this ASIC equipment at present difficulties in their various crypto formats, DO NOT, make sense in that manner or price wise, vs HODL'ing crypto IMHO.

But they are here for those who hopefully are in countries or regions with cheap electric and deep pockets...or hell just like the whirly fan noises and blinking LED's in your basement.

From what I can tell this is the ONLY thing available right now, as a pre-orders for July 2019. or beyond.

NOTE: Do your own research, AS FAR AS I CAN TELL, the links below are legit. But double/triple check. You have been warned.

Whatsminer Units

https://whatsminer.net/

If you want to take a chance SOLO mining Lottery Style. This at least only uses 150 watts for such toys/games.

GekkoMiner R606

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5071416.0

Baikal Miners (dubious pricing...too high IMHO)

https://www.baikalminer.com/index.php#page-top

That is all I have at 'dubious' prices and 'dubious' ROI. Bitmain, as usual, is 'sold out' but you can look. www.bitmain.com

Eastshore is a reseller for extra $$$ of ASIC products. So an added expense. But I dealt with them 2 years ago on a large order, they were legit then.

www.eastshore.xyz

Everybody else of any note, from Bitmain and the rest as far as I can tell are 'sold out' and/or you are better off just buying their product used.

This may be this way, for quite a while as mentioned in this thread.

Feel free to add to above.

As of 5/23/19.

brad

edit: Also DON'T FORGET the 25% USA Tariff on anything from China. Which is everything above but the Gekko R606 BTC Solo Lotto Miner.  That I think is made in the USA.

Also, the 2.6% Import Fee added to the above. then the amount, of course, for shipping to the USA. That really sucks, doesn't it? Sad

....

You left out the Canaan A10 which has a July ship date as well https://blokforge.com/product/canaan-avalon-1041-31th-s-bitcoin-miner/

Canaan A10

https://blokforge.com/product/canaan-avalon-1041-31th-s-bitcoin-miner/

Thanks. Dubious ROI on that puppy as well, IMHO.

I broke down and bought a GekkoScience 1TH 100 watts BTC Solo Lotto Miner above. The ASIC addiction was too much. The 'fiends have it on

Amazon and I could use PayPal via AMEX credit card. Impulse buy it was.

Supposedly shipping in 2 days. FYI for anyone also caught in the grasp of ASIC miner withdrawal. It is a 'terrible' compulsion!

edit 2: Also tripped over this manufacuter unknown how legit they are OR how legit the site is. BE CAREFUL. Anyway, seems they have stuff...maybe also dubious ROI.

srongu miners

https://strongu.com.cn/Home/index?lang=en-us

again UNVERIFIED how legit these guys are. Just found the site.

Lastly, there is this site..that compares EVERYTHING for profit etc..but they RARELY look to see if the equipment is completely legit or on time.

For what it is worth, this is a timeline of stuff that is coming out and is the most complete site/graph for old stuff and new stuff I've found.

Again, some of these miner units are UNVERIFIED as being legit. So be careful

https://www.asicminervalue.com/

Again, do your own research on if this equipment makes sense to buy/use etc and/or if the companies involved are legit or not.

I will add to this listing as I trip over other ASIC equipment. (dubious or not for price/mining value)

Additional Links Below:

As usual, the links below and/or the equipment makers may or may not be legit! Do your research on if the company or the links on this thread are legit! Be careful.

All links and companies are here for 'informational' reasons and a place to start on your miner research efforts for machines that make sense to mine (ASIC's of any flavor)

Mm.. Steamtyme already has a good list of the current btc mining hardware available.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5045732.0

I'm not sure what is the purpose for this thread?

And if you include altcoins,
then it means that this should be listed at the altcoins section.

Not sure how to move this. I assume if it is such a moderator will move it to the altcoin miner area?

As to ASIC equipment, I made more than 1/2 of my BTC buy the use of altcoin miners. As an example, the KNC Titan miner lasted 3.5 years at a profit.

Just getting BTC miners alone gives you very little alternative when the difficulty goes up to a point of no return on BTC miners. Even when LTC went away

I had other scrypt-pow options. IMHO, it was very wise swapping my 2014 KNC Neptune BTC Miner for a KNC Titan Scrypt Miner instead. The KNC Neptune

miner was released so late and so behind in difficulty, it maybe the BTC KNC Neptune earned 1/4 of its purchase price back (after electric) than before it went defunct.

This was a lesson well learned by me and has worked very well with Bitmain and other miners of many flavors ....and/again 90% of such went into BTC w/o issue.

This is from 2014 till this last Feb 14th, 2019 when I shut the KNC Titan Miners off (mined scrypt-N (FJC) (Fujicoin)..the last hurrah.

They are now shelf art with the rest of my ASIC Miners of many flavors.

I'm off to look how to move this thread...sounds complicated...

Canaan Avalon 921 20 TH/s 1800w. (This may also be restricted by lots, unsure).

https://blokforge.com/product/canaan-avalon-a9/?woocommerce_waitlist=5017&woocommerce_waitlist_action=join&woocommerce_waitlist_nonce=cc98b19533&wcwl_email=lostgonzo@gmail.com

This is a, unfortunately, the best deal I can see around. But there is a waiting list. (toss in your email)

But if in the USA you have to pay the 27.6% (25% tariff and 2.6% import fee, plus shipping)

20TH

1800 watts

$349 (outside the USA) without shipping

So USA price would be BEFORE shipping with the tariff $442.18

They have a WAITING LIST currently. But hey, best I can find so far of any note.

As always, make sure the distributor is legit, I've no idea, just tripped over their www page and the price vs performance was not as bad as most BTC miners lately. (new at least)

Ebang is another miner, that is still around, but likely not in the running either for price/vs difficulty to profit.

as usual, this may or may not be a legit site (just a quick google search) so do your research on how legit the company is and/or how legit the links on this thread!

the quality in Ebang hardware is shit.

Was looking around www.eastshore.xyz (a legit site). The units below are OUT OF STOCK for now. But I was bored and looking around.

Looks like the fusionminer brand only charges $90. Not eastshore. Dang it. But hey, it is something to break the blockade.

They don't have anything that you could call worth getting, IMHO, rather than just HODL'ing your crypto coin of whatever 'flavor' you wish...but I was bored.

But found out on the link below (and others) that they are ONLY stating the units (whatever ones no matter how expensive from what I gather) are for customs.

https://www.eastshore.xyz/shop/fusionsilicon-x7-262gh-dash-miner/

https://www.eastshore.xyz/shop/fusionsilicon-x6-860mh-litecoin-miner/

https://www.eastshore.xyz/shop/fusionsilicon-x1-12-96gh-lyra2rev2-miner/

They are ONLY priced at $90. This is 'evil genius' at its best. Unless the customs folk are on the ball on ASIC equipment prices, they can charge a bit more than www.bitmain.com

for their own overhead/profit/etc. (Hey, they have stuff in stock that others no longer have...extra $$$ for their risk I guess)

Anyway, so if you take into account the cost on the Bitmain site for stuff (and probably others) and what they would charge for tariff/import fees and shipping..this may

be a better deal on ASIC's. I think they 'used to' *unsure* offer a 1-year warranty ..but that was a few years back, so maybe doubtful now.

Anyway, I still think it makes little sense. But perhaps others will follow this logic and 'slip' some stuff thru in this manner. Likely, it won't work, but hey...at least someone

is trying to run the blockade of the 25% tariff and 2.6% import tax to the USA. That is 27.6% markup without even figuring the shipping.

Again, it is something I guess. Still 'out of stock' like most things, but at least a bit of pushback.

Found out the https://canaan.io/ has ASIC equipment for sale. BTC Wise I think for all.

The bigger unit

https://canaan.io/product/avalonminer-1041/ is for 100 units or more.

The remaining units don't seem to have that stipulation

https://canaan.io/shop/

Using the below site. *unless you can underclock and less power* these do not seem to be very good money makers unless you have REAL say less than 5c kWh electric.

Examples:

Avalon 1041 (Oct 2019 shipping)

https://www.apanel.com/miners/canaan/avalon-1041/115

Avalon 851 (In Stock)

https://minerstat.com/hardware/canaan-avalonminer-851

Anyway, nothing jumps out for me at my 12c kWh. (Could be more unsure yet Summer Rates go up!)

But anyway, stuff to buy, if you are itching for an ASIC. Remember the 25% USA Tariffs added to this and the 2.6% import tax. Also Shipping from China.

Also note: Bitmain has 'deals' for splitting profits with Hydro Electric Utils in China to use 'excess' hydropower unused and or/un-storable. Thus that will

likely also drive difficulty up at least through this summer. Using I suspect the 'stock' Bitmain Miners that are currently 'unsold' from old ASIC stock.

Anyway, this thread shows you ASIC miners of many flavors, perhaps some of these will be workable with your home Solar Arrays and/or again cheap electric

rates. Good for you. Myself, I sit on this thread playing OP and just going 'damn' at 12c kWh this is not gonna work at all Sad

I don't suppose there is any 'legit' places in the far east a person could 'host'? I mean really, at 4c kWh to say 6c kWh is kinda the range

now for mining IMHO, and that would not work with the good old USA 37.6% tariff starting September 1st, 2019.

Indeed, I've heard some rumblings that if China continues to 'defy' the Trump Administration then they plan to make it a full additional 25%

Tariff...say, probably October 1st, 2019. Again, rumors. But that would really be a kick in the nuts. At that point, I'd be less worried about

getting miners and more worried about walking into a Walmart and experiencing full 'dismay mode' Sad

Sheesh. That would be a 52.6% tariff if that was to follow thru. Then, of course, China having or dumping their 13.5% of the bond market

we could have some real fun.

https://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-trade-china-bonds-explainer/explainer-will-china-dump-u-s-bonds-as-a-trade-weapon-not-so-fast-idUSKCN1SY0BS

Again, rumors. But seems the way the ball is rolling downhill, don't ya know.

Looking kinda 'meager' for any type of mining until well into 2020, IMHO.

The below is from another thread, but applies to us here, it is likely to get deleted on the whatsminer thread, but I figured I'd post it here on my thread as

well to vent my frustrations.

I mean, a lot of supposition below...but I just don't get it.

I included a partial post reply by Philipma1957 from the thread this is likely to get deleted from...(will contact him)

but anyway, here is the rant...and confusing nature of any ASIC miner pricing and such games, etc

Again, contacted Philipma1957 and will delete his lead in if he wants, but it mirrors my frustrations.

brad

Philipma1957 post from the W20 miner thread (again, likely to get deleted as off-topic, thus the repost here)

Planning is getting harder not easier and all the surplus MicroBT had from their latest release is gone as well.

I have to simply do nothing.  I have sat and checked all prices on all units.

from bitmain innosilicon whatsminer and avalon.

the best item to buy is the s9k for 310 new from bitmain  buy 2 you are under de minimus at 798 with the shipping.

something is wrong here with every company as they are pricing  the 'good' gear far too high and far too long of a wait.

So much so that a 5 cent power guy should buy the s9k direct from bitmain in sets of 2 to legally beat the trump tax.

end of Philipma1957's lead in posting.

--------------

Searing rant below:

The question I have is why are they driving the price up so high, I mean all the mnfg's are frigging doing it!

Do they see FOMO as their salvation?

Is it the fact that IF you are not in the USA and/or not in a VAT country, you can clean up on ASIC miners with these prices...in addition to saying

these same countries are in the 4c to 6c kWh electric range? Could the demand from NON-EU VAT countries and the USA etc have such a demand on

prices to make up for the fact the USA and a lot of EU buyers are not out, and the countries above are in full FOMO and such, allowing the mnfg's to

drive up prices?

I just don't get it, been bothering me on wtf is going on for weeks now.

So anyway, perhaps is a hole of mining FOMO that needs to be filled, and is being filled by countries without VAT and/or tariffs like the USA. The current

manufacturer's of ANY ASIC miner flavor, have all seen this, and are jumping full boat on this FOMO and assumption of price pump, just by seeing the

numbers, indeed I'd guess they are NOT seeing their sales slow down, thus raising prices, thus where we find ourselves now.

I just wish I had a handle on an 'honest broker' in a far east country with decent hosting and electric prices.  Took me years to find such in the USA,

doubt I'd pull such an overseas trick.

But again, somebody either knows or is assuming a lot of stuff that I am not, or some of my meanderings above are in play, but yeah, I just don't get it.

Sorry about off-topic this will likely get deleted..but this is a concern on ANY miner purchase anywhere.

You add the frigging 36.7% tariff with import fees and I am (on top of the above) beyond flabergasted

whatever...end of rant
