Well there is nothing you can do, you have to hold your friend responsible for the loss because he is the one who told you about the site and in my opinion he is the one who scammed you.

There is no place safe to hold your coin than your own wallet which you are responsible for the private keys. Your friend deceived you and I think he knows something about it. You cannot get your coin back, you were scammed.

Talk to that same friend and if possible arrest him for interrogation

Before putting coins in a unknown exchange you should probably google some reviews about the exchange, if you've done it you could've save your 3.2 btc, other traders also facing the same problem as yours when you google the website, and other than that you should put a small amount before putting a huge amount.

I think that you just became a victim of fraudulent sites that promise you a lot of profit more than on the stock exchange and then just disappear and take your money irrevocably and if this site advised you to your friend then I think he should be responsible for all this by this.

First of all I'm sorry you lost such a large sum of money. There is not much you can do now. I tried to find the website of the exchange you mention, there is no notice of it. On reddit, this link: https://www.reddit.com/r/btc/comments/agy8qn/the_cryptoestocom_scam/ there are reports about this fake exchange and their scumming people with malware infected downloads. Your experience is another reminder why we should never trust even the closest friends when it comes to investments and finances.

Indeed that exchange is a scam, and always before send to unknown exchange research to not lose money, and never send so much coins on an unknown exchange, test it before and if not get it never send again.

If you have made a transaction on this website or shared some information about your wallet, unfortunately there is nothing you can do. It is just a regular fishing website, so be careful in the future and avoid visiting such strange websites.

Sounds like you get ripped of by your friend ,why told you to deposit on the exchange in the first place? Did he told you about any kind of rewards or offers after depositing? Sometimes the ones you're closer to are the ones that will take you down,it happens to me in the past ,my friend stole my backup phrase and sold my coins

In your example, beginners should learn, I think now the interest in cryptocurrencies increases, and beginners should spend time learning the basics of the safety of their assets, even the most trusted centralized exchange in the crypto community can make exit scam.

In this case, catch your friend. Don't make this mistake to send cryptos to any exchange without doing extensive research about that exchange.
Anyway, send your BTC transaction link or address, so that we can help you track where your BTC went to.

You should never trust any exchanges period. To the extent you must use an exchange to buy or sell bitcoin, you should only use reputable ones such as Binance, KuCoin, Kraken, Gemini, Bittrex, Coinbase, etc. I'm sorry to say that this is an expensive lesson to learn. Also, anyone with more than .5 BTC should invest $50 for a hardware wallet to store it.

I agree. Please post the blockchain transaction link so we can track your bitcoin and find exactly what this thief did with it. It may even allow law enforcement to catch him or her.

So in my own opinion your friend made this happen. Why will he advice and even force you to make deposit in such website? You should question your friend about this. He may probably be with your coin.

It's better? Why it's better, just because your friend told you so?
I've never heard anything about this website.Depositing big amounts of btc to a small unknown website is the biggest rookie mistake of all times.

Never heard of this. There's no point of holding your BTC there despite a lot of easy and flexible wallet. There's nothing much you can do unless they do a favor to you.

That website looks familiar and I guess I've read something the same before, the story looks identical just like yours.

Lesson: don't deposit to a random exchange and before depositing, DYOR. Don't trust quickly an unpopular exchange if you want to be safe and secure your hard earned money.

That is really sad to know but you should have done some research and read some reviews about that exchanhe before even depositing 1 satoshi, i think you have learnt the lesson the hard way, i would say be very careful online  and due diligence is very important everywhere where money is involved and also only stick to reputed exchanges and avoid newer ones.
