I don't like the "heat of the moment" thing, and if I could choose, I would always choose to show the feedback instantly. It would be much better to stop caring what someone on the internet thinks about you,
unless it's someone who's opinion you value.
If your feedback would be different after a "cool off period", you shouldn't have left it in the first place. I don't think any of the feedback I left would be different if I waited a few days, and I think that's how the system is supposed to be used.
I've also left some "time sensitive" scammer tags, mainly on accounts waiting to be Nuked. A delay in showing the tag would make it pointless.

On a more serious note: I'd love to see less DT-drama. I remember the words
burrying the hatchet,
de-escalation and
forgiveness coming from theymos.
