Day trading has been proven that it is profitable for many users, yes, some other people cannot do it, but most of the users can do it, so there is no reason for us not to do it as well, we just need to be patient and determined while doing it. But, if you are the type of person who is really busy then day trading is not fit for you and go for long term.

I have a question , can you please help me out .....I am just wondering , how do people make money on arbitrage when it looks to me at least , that the difference in price on 2 different markets is usually about the same as trading fee ...how do you make money then ? Thanks a Lot !

Day trading is profitable I have seen a lot of people making fortune out of it. But on an overall scenario only 1% out of all the day traders become successful and actually earn money. Most of the day traders lose money because not everyone has the ability to take over on their emotions and make decisions quickly. Only a few are blessed with such instinct. Moreover there is path to become a successful day trader and that path consists of tons of failure until you reach your goal. There's no doubt that it is profitable, however, based on the market we have now is day trade is somehow not a good option due to the fact that the market is somehow stable. Engaging in day trading requires a lot of time and effort because every time you must read the flow of the market and make a plan out of it. Moreover, this will be more profitable when you have a huge amount of funds because fees will surely be an issue.
