Most IEO launch by binance always sold our in just few minutes and need hold BNB coin at least a month. If others IEO always like binance, perhaps ICO will change the face to IEO and no more ICO. But right now, i think ICO still exist and a lot good project from developers team

I don't think they are gonna phase out very soon. I can still see some really good ICOs and as long as these ICOs exist, the spawning of new ICOs shall keep coming. Saying that ICOs will phase out very soon, IEOs can take over. But I don't know if it is going to be a big problem for cryptocurrencies if these ICOs don't exist anymore.

I have been playing into some few ICO projects lately, and the reality is that I lost a lot of money due to the domination of the bear market and uncertainty of the projects going forward.

As the old saying goes, more than 90% of those projects are either scams, failed to reach soft cap, or not getting any traction in the next few months or so.

Maybe it’s because ICOs are not regulated and investors like me holds all of the risks.

Until now, there are still new ICOs emerging. However, there are also new ones such as STOs (security token offerings), IEOs (initial exchange offerings), and so on. It seems that both STOs and IEOs are already being considered the next big thing in raising crypto funds for starters.

I do not think that ICO has already become obsolete as a form of fundraising for the release of new tokens. This is a very simple and reliable form of fundraising, it just needs to eliminate a significant amount of fraud. This will be possible when the state begins to regulate ICO as a type of financial activity. Other forms of fundraising are also not ideal and also do not guarantee the absence of fraud.

They will but when no one is investing with them, they will just give up.

I have been watching the market for a bit now and looking back, i have seen a lot of ICO dies the reason is bitcoin will go up but some altcoin will not follow and making the matters worst, many of them will go down in price. i think the market is shaking off those weak ICO token or the so called shitcoin.

I think the ICO will continue and it's not deleted or disappears although right now, we saw the IEO in many exchanges and wants to compete with ICO. But yes, the ICO has decreased the popularity, and it's not like what they can get in the last year because many people do not believe the ICO project anymore. I don't think so. For me it won't happen as long as their still an investors that willing to invest into ICO projects. Because in ICO's there 's till alot of projects that the investors can get good investments in promoting projects. Dencoin is one of the project that can make good investment to the. I agree with your statement above, but we need to know it seems impossible to delete ICO. In my opinion, ICO, IEO and STO are currently competing with each other and offering investors different ways. it's just that the investors are more dominant to choose the one that becomes an attraction.

I think the crypto community must get rid of ICO already. Its aftermath made people lose hopes on crypto. Even with AMLs and KYCs the safety is not ensure and scammers also made a living by selling identities. We may no longer see the beautiful and wonderful images of ICO at the present time, we will even feel depressed and there is no interest when ICO is mentioned but after all that negativity, ICO will still exist and still stand by our side at any time. Because it is a place that will provide new products, more advanced products for the market, we can hate it but we still can't eliminate it or delete the link between it and the crypto market, although new models such as IEO may appear but we can see people will still lose interest in that method over time, and ICO is still the choice that everyone will return

Well the real investors will prefer ieo than ICO as at the moment for safe reason cos manynico will run away with investors funds while ieo are save with the exchange and can be return if the main soft is not achieve or the project has issue easily to retain the reputation of the exchange.
