I don't really understand what you implied by mentioning about market, but IMO whichever IEOs investors can join and buy easily are risky IEOs. Good, high quality and potential profitable IEOs come from big and reputable exchanges are really really hard to join. If you are small investors, and don't have rights to buy pre-IEOs, you will hardly to buy, even just small amount. In contrast, IEOs from newborn, shitty exchanges are much easier to buy, but extremely risky because they might end with dramatic losses in values. Briefly, the level of easiness when you join IEOs somehow tell you the fact that exchanges behind such IEOs are good or bad.

Yes it is possible that IEO project can turn to be scam so its better to always investigate any IEO project before investing and do not invest in IEO projects from new exchanges because it will be more easier for scammers to build new exchanges just to scam investors

Phishing projects only have the opportunity to be listed on bad exchange because those projects will not help us earn good profits. I only believe in the top 10 best exchanges appearing at CMC to consider investing in the IEO because most of these exchanges have very strict policies in listing a new IEO project and always protecting the invester if the project has a scam sign. I beg to disagreed with you dude it is because, I found out that not all IEO are good and it is also depend on the exchange too.
I've seen this when some IEO used Latoken where once the coins listed to their platform before end of the the volume turn into zero

I must say i thought the same too. I still prefer investing in ICOs. I just take more time to get to know the project and ask questions. Nowadays with the experience of the past few years it got easier to see if its a scam or not.
What i dont like about the IEOs is that the exchanges get to much power. You need a big lobby and supporting community already to be able to do your ICO as a IEO.

Whats your thought on that?

I think it cant be in the interest of the Crypto community to give a few big exchanges to much power.

Yes, you strongly recommend large exchanges and must avoid small exchanges, I never participated in the IEO, so they used the lottery system in that case the luck factor is very important and that is not easy.

Agree with this, some people are just straight thinking that any IEO will be scam. Ofcourse IEO have the chances of turning out to be a scam but not as common as ICO but precaution is needed.
For people there, I've heard also so many new exchanges deployed by irresponsible person just to held an IEO which as you think is fishy so beware.

A good scam would need at least months or years to show signs, like lack in development or lack integrity with some promises. Certainly good IEO are promising at first with good volume but later on its up to the speculation, the tough begins when the sphere is cold and everyone is working hard, those are the times scams trying to grab as much as they could. Exchange reputation would also important as they wouldn't like making a bad name promoting a scam even though they have no liabilities to investors.

Very few IEOs are scam maybe 0.5%. But, not like the ICOs. In 2018 there are many ICOs were fake and scam but now the IEO evolved because of this habit of the ICOs. The first IEO that came was in 2017 that is EON coin. Looking at the fake percentage we can even trust the IEOs more than ever.

i never hard any IEO campaign are turn out to scamming investor, because investor funds are escrowed by exchanger, i just know the price some IEO after listing on market are depressed and down below IEO price

Lots of big and small exchanges. but they followed the IEO in a large investment. in my opinion not all of their sellers start selling in various ICOs and getting a lot of ICO prices is pretty low and also vulnerable to fraud. I suggest that you first study the buyer or their platform before you sell it.
