At first: Thanks for asking for opinions if the site is legit. It's always good to discuss if you are not sure if something is legit.
1. They are not saying it is guaranteed for this product, just showing past transactions (which is a detailed spread sheet of small, high volume trades mostly all small positive gains and a few negative ones - investing in Bitcoin, Etherum and some major currencies).
It's very easy for them to fake their proof of successful "trades", they will just select random trades of the past and show them as "hey we have done successful trades, invest bro!". It's another thing if they have to do them in real time with money of investors.
Most likely these proofs are faked.
2. 45% is the investors net profit share, the total profit is more as the company keeps 33% of the total profit and 67% to the investor - so it works out to net about 45% per year on the invested amount - so you are all saying that is possible it seems?
A profit sharing business is possible, no doubt, but I think such a ROI is absolutely unrealistic for trading / stocks etc.
3. The new offer which is a "limited time offer" is paying 4% per week for 3 months - so 45% in 3 months
Sounds very strange, that would be 180% per year. Not realistic at all in my opinion.
4. What concern me is few other things - They have their domain name concealed as to who the owners are - is this not strange for a finance investment firm? They have an office though with staff not just website. Then, they do not seem to be regulated by any securities board here in Dubai. And finally they have this scheme to get more investors and they have many levels of very attractive commission, rewards, prizes like roles, vacations, car, and luxury house, etc.. and signup bonus (each time investor puts more money into the trading account, they have to pay 10% which 50% is shared with the introducer) - and you make money if your investor brings more investors..
Could be a classical MLM (multi-level-marketing) where investors are rewarded if they invite other investors and get a part of their referrals investments. 99,9% of this sort of business is scam and never met the expecations. MLM is very beneficial for scams because investors are doing the "dirty job" (bring new investors in).
5. I was intrigued as they said that there is an app which I can use to see all the trades happening in my account (which I setup from a bank here and then they are only allowed to buy and sell on my behalf not take out money). Something like that - so it got me thinking could this be a great opportunity as I have my own trading account in my name form the bank? And the spreadsheet seems good too???
Sounds like an "invest first", we are legit - strategy. But if you have sent your money it's gone.
Any other feedback would be greatly appreciated. Sometimes its human to think you do not want to miss out on great offer or b e someone in the know, but I have many hesitations, my friend she is very happy though and promoting it hard.
Thanks guys!
My conclusion:
Better stay away here, there are too many red flags, better safe than sorry.
Trading scams are always very famous for scammers because trading is something where you can't give a proof if the operators are legit. Sometimes they say we can't show you a proof because it's a secret strategy or they are just faking proof of supposed trades. BitConnect, the biggest scam was also based on trading.
Another red flag is that they don't have any team on their website - no pictures, no links to social media accounts like LinkedIn where you can dig deeper if they have the knowledge. But even then I think it's extremely unrealistic to make such profits from trading. There is no way to get such profits from stocks/trading. Legit cloudming can get high rewards (in Fiat) if the hashrate isn't exploding. But it was almost always better to keep your crypto instead of cloudmining.
Scammers are getting more experienced and personally I have the impression that we are going to see more "exclusive" scams like the website is designed. The traditional fake ICOs or fake Cloudminers are out and people know to avoid them, so the scammers might try something new.
I can't say if it's scam but it looks like. I won't invest personally.
