I was wondering if we can have inline comment in the trust setting text box? If user wants to leave a comment for their entrusted or distrusted user they can use it.

May be we can following c++ code style like:
'//your comment'
or
'/*your comment*/'

Ignore the single quotation.

Some examples:

Code:
EcuaMobi   //Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur
teeGUMES   /* Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consecteturLorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consecteturLorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consecteturLorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur */
LFC_Bitcoin //Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur
bones261
BobLawblaw
eddie13
~IconFirm  //Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur
~blurryeyed  //Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur
micgoossens
kenzawak  //Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur

Opinions please.
It will be useful to find some reference in the future if we forget that the reason of including or excluding a user in our trust list.

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

I would say this was a great idea if anyone cared to justify their actions on the trust list, but they don't.

That is kind of my point. The people who should be using it most aren't going to because they would have a hard time justifying their actions objectively.

I made a topic for my exclusions (and invited others to add theirs):
Reference post: Why have I excluded members on my trust list?
Since I can't give an explanation or Reference link with my trust list, I'll keep track here.

Adding it to the Trust list would be better though (as long as it stays out of the Trust data dump).

Adding it to the trust list will ease the job.
It should not be too hard to omit the comments out of the trust data dump.

I agree. Inline comments would be great.

Some people are on my distrust list simply because I disagree with the feedback they have placed on others. It excludes their feedback from being visible to me. Not because they are scammers. (Some are scammers)  I just don't trust their feedback judgement. (Which is exactly why that function exists) I have used a custom list well before Theymos decentralized the DT system.
Likewise the trust list is purely for people I am confident are going to be consistently accurate with their feedback. I might not agree with every comment but the majority of their feedback aligns with my views.

We are surrounded by legends on this forum. Phenomenal successes and catastrophic failures. Then there are the scams. This forum is a digital museum.
