Well reading your topic title gives this impression that 27 multi accounts are under one person :-P

Anyone can have multi accounts which is not prohibited by the forum community but if they abuse like joining the same signature/bounty campaign, sending merit to each others or misusing trust setting then that's a concern.

Good Job OP, you can try posting the ban evaders in this thread: [Report] Ban Evasion [Requesting Admin/mod to check those and ban]
There they can easily be seen by the mods and get their alts banned too.

It involves a lot of time, search around the forum and addresses for connections.
Fortunately, most of the offenders are dumb and leave clues here and there.
